Hello Sushi & Maki,
It's one thing to serve good sushi and another to have customer service and respect. Ever heard of don't judge a book by its cover?
~ Would you appreciate a dining experience where you are Not initially served cutlery because the waiter assumes that you are unable to use them properly? And also have the audacity to tell you that you are accustomed to chop sticks, so why would you need cutlery?
