We ordered two quarter chicken dinners through the app for delivery and didn't receive our order for almost two hours. After 70 min, I called the central number and was told they couldn't see any more information than I could on the app (cooking, not yet out for delivery). I was asked if I would like to speak with the store and was transferred - over 10 min waiting and no answer. My husband called the store directly and still no answer. At this point, the order status was changed to out for delivery, which would be another 30 min! We would have cancelled the order if anyone would have picked up the phone. The delivery was 10 min late and we only received 1/2 a portion of fries in one of the meals and they were cold. They clearly were running behind or forgot our order and conveniently didn't answer our calls to cancel. Almost 2 hrs later and the food wasn't hot or complete. If delivery will take 2 hrs, they should be up front about the wait and give you an option to cancel. Will not order from this restaurant again (Salem Rd, Ajax).

Maria was an amazing server. We needed to be in and out quickly, and she was so accommodating. Our food was brought out promptly, and she checked on us often to make sure everything was to our liking. She even gave us a sweet christmas card. Will definitely come back again, highly recommend.
