Took 20 mins to get my meal… and it end up being wrong I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich and I got just a regular one, and when I took a bite of my fries they tasted like they had sugar on them making them basically inedible.

I asked for beans for my tacos and they added beef, lady was rude and made excuses for this change. People have dietary restrictions due to many reasons. This place is already in such a sketchy area but I only came because I thought the staff was friendly and I am a huge fan of their Dorito Tacos but I definitely won't be coming back here anymore.

Online ordering is flawed. I understand having to accept the order first. This is how all places work. But why would you accept the order, take payment and give an ETA only for someone to go pick it up and be told it was never put into the system?
Either fix your systems and processes or don't offer it at all.
