I am from San Francisco and I heard about the Taj Mahal fish. I decided to come to taste it myself. The fish was very juicy, well cooked and very delicious. I am not going to say more, but I highly encourage you all to come and try it yourself, and you be the judge of, what I am taking about. The restaurant was very clean and a family oriented atmosphere, please don't forget to try their homemade ice-cream(شیر یخ)، That was delicious too.

Single handedly the BEST Afghan-Asian food restaurant near me, you can never go wrong with ANYTHING ordered on their menu! Their fried fish: 10/10. Their samosas: 10/10. Their jalebi: 10/10!!! Instead of asking what I’ve tried at Taj Mahal Cuisine, it’s easier to ask what I haven’t. I’ve had the samosas, channa, qabuli, chicken kabobs, fried fish, jalebi, sheer yakh, simyon, pretty much the whole menu at this point! Everything has been consistently good and really satisfying. I went with my family last night (group of 10) and ordered both of the Shahi Platters and when I tell you we were not disappointed, WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! The amount of food that came with this order was astronomical, we had leftovers for DAYS! I honestly cannot for the life of me decide on what my favourite dish of the night was but if I had to narrow it down, it's got to be between the beef seekh kabob and tandori chicken kabob, though the chicken breast kabob and butter chicken is definitely up there too. On top of this, the moment we walked in we were greeted by the sweetest worker and led to our table with our menus. The service is always awesome, but they went above and beyond this night since we were skeptical we would be able to be seating due to our large party. The atmosphere truly feels like home, and there’s plenty of space to sit and relax. Just a great place all around and I will forever be returning!

One of the worst food I have ever eaten, We have ordered taj mahal shahi platter for 6 people's and signature fried fish . Kebab was bland cold and tasteless, Qublipalow only one plate for 6 people. Very high price i will not recommend it. It's waste of money

Apologies, not the best pictures.... We brought the food home and it smelled so good we couldn't wait to dig in! Loved the boneless chicken Biryani and the veal qorma. I don't know the name of the side red sauce but I loved that as well. And the naan was so yummy and still warm. Will definitely be going back.

On July 28,2025 I ordered food through Uber eats. It was beef sheep kebab wrap and Afghan style dough. After eating the food within 2 hours I had food poisoning and still suffering the next day. I will never buy food from them again. Extremely bitter experience.
