Ordered Uber Eats September 14 at 7:30PM. They accepted the order and suddenly changed my order because they’re out of Diet Coke. We had a promotion where if we spend $60+ it will give us free Seafood Fried Rice but now that they removed the diet cokes we ordered, we’re paying the original price now so I called the store to explain about my situation and asked if they can change it to just regular coke so we can still keep the promotion. The lady on the phone was VERY rude and said i should just cancel the order cause they don’t do that (which I know they have the option to). I was very respectful and in no way was rude to her so I don’t understand the attitude. Please fix your worker’s attitude especially that lady working today. I would understand the attitude if I came off bitchy and rude but I was not at all and that’s just unacceptable.

Awful, Awful, Awful Feast....My son and I love seafood and we thought let's get take out. Worst mistake! The seafood boil had absolutely no flavour, very, very bland. We thought the sauce would make up for the lack of flavour, oh were we wrong, the sauce was extremely oily with no flavour. Nothing tasted good, it was not appetizing whatsoever. We had to throw out the okra as it appeared to have still been frozen when it was prepared and not steamed well as it had a white film all over it. The quality of food was poor. When we tasted the shrimp and dungeness crab, one bite and you could tell it was either over cooked or was stale. It was very soft and mushy, unfit for human consumption. We got a lot of empty clam shells. Terrible overdried sausages. The entire feast was a huge, huge, disappointment. The quality of food at this location has gone down drastically. Many years ago, we had ordered at this location and we had a much better experience. This was by far the worst. We were very disappointed. We deserve a refund. I spent $168 and we feel ripped off.

My son LOVES seafood. So we thought we would give this place a try. It was amazing. The food was sooo good. Huge portions, amazing Staff and amazing service. We will definitely be returning.

First time experiencing this place, we decided to go for my 40th and ive never been more disappointed in my life. 80$ for the lobster boil and all you get is a super small lobster and a corn in the bag. I got snow crab and got the most mediocre crab legs corn and a hunk of potato, just one. 150$ was NOT worth it. Do not recommend.

You guys are closed at 9:30pm and I am calling at 8:30pm order for pickup. One of the lady tell me that the kitchen already closed. So I just wanna to know: YOU GUYS CLOSED YOUR KITCHEN ONE HOUR BEFORE THE STORE CLOSE?????

Seafood was fresh and full of flavour. Loved the garlic butter sauce. It can get a bit messy—but that’s part of the fun. Service was friendly and quick. Worth it if you're craving a seafood boil!

Been a while since we went to Captains about. Returned for a special birthday celebration and our waitress surprised my wife with the robot birthday song delivery. Nice touch thank you l. Food did not disappoint l, was fresh as we had remembered it to be. The shrimp was good but a little skimpy on the sides including tiny rice bowls, a quarter potato and an a half cob of corn (for example) in the boil which is why the lower stars. Flavour was good, just higher price, so was a case or pay more for less.

I called in to this location to make a reservation for 9. They told me their last reservation was for 8:30. I ended up booking that and arriving there for 8:39. They refused to seat me and my partner. When I stated I had a reservation, they said we only have 5 minutes to order and we would have to rush and eat. For a 9 minute delay from reservation time this shouldn’t have been the case. Restaurants typically have a 15 minute grace period. Terrible service and arrogant staff. Would not recommend this location.
