We ordered 2 chicken guiros combos and a large Greek salad. The chicken was dry no taste the bread tasted dry. The Greek salad was bland had iceberg lettuce, 3 olives and about a teaspoon of cheese for the large container. Disappointed really.

They used to have the option to forgo the salad in lieu of extra rice and whatever side you chose. The last time I went in December, the manager at the Ajax location remarked on me choosing not to have a salad with my meal and instead getting extra rice and sides. Tried to order just now and found out that you no longer have this option. A salad choice is required.
Checked the Brooklin location and you can choose not to have a salad but instead of extra rice and sides, you can only choose between four mini rolls or small fries. Not sure why they made this change since I didn't really notice that much extra rice or sides whenever I did choose the no salad option. Plus, it already costs an extra $1.50 just to get Freak Fries as a side. The point is, I was already paying $27+ for a Souvlaki meal and wasn't completely satisfied with the portions. Now, I'm guaranteed to get even less portions of what I want just so a salad can be forced onto me? Guess I need to find a new Greek place.

I’ve ordered from here through Uber many times and have always loved Greek Freaks in Ajax for what I thought was their authenticity. Today was my first time doing pickup, and unfortunately, I left really disappointed. I ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner. The rice was extremely salty ... almost inedible. The potatoes were burnt, the chicken was very dry, and the tzatziki just didn’t taste fresh or balanced. Even the pita was soggy, which was surprising. The only highlight of the meal was the Greek salad, which was still fresh and enjoyable. I’m not writing this to be harsh, I genuinely used to look forward to ordering from here. I’m really hoping this was just an off day, because the quality I experienced today didn’t match what I’ve had before. Please do better.

They have some of the best pork and chicken souvlaki in town. I'd give a 5 star review, but you removed the best item on your menu; pork gyro. Please bring back the pork gyro, it was what you were known for. EDIT: Response to the owner - I have tried the new Chicken Gyro. Sad to say it's dry and not as flavourful as the pork.
I order 6 pork sticks and 4 chicken sticks 3 pita and tzatziki 8 oz Charge me $77 The pork go straight to the garbage to dry and burn the chicken is ok I try call for 40 minutes and nobody answer the phone I hope my review help take care of more the customer because 80$ is too much

Not sure what happened here in the last year, but the last two times we have come on a Friday night and there is absolutely no gyros. Friday night at 6:00pm tonight and no gyros. 4 staff just looking at us dumbfounded. Will not come back again. This used to be the best gyros in Durham, now there’s no gyros.
