The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Ajax

Requested our favourite server, Cyvo. He always makes us feel incredibly welcomed and is so pleasant. Had the Ribeye Chicago Style and it was the most flavourful steak I've ever had. Highly recommend. Will definitely be ordering that again!!

When making the reservation I asked for dining area not bar area, was sat in bar area. Nice area but loud, was looking for a quieter spot. Service was great, food was good.

Our server, Mat, was amazing! We've had him before, and his service has always been consistent. He was very knowledgeable about the specials and overall very friendly. The food never disappoints when we visit. Fridays can be busy, but everything went smoothly.

Service was outstanding!! Great Waiter! Was very attentive and personable. Made the experience treat.celebrating a birthday and the Waiter was very engaging. Food was good, and arrived all together for all On our party. Noise level high. Need to find a way to muffle the noice , as it carries. Overall a good experience. We will be back!!

It was a terrible experience in that food steak was not prepared properly not once but twice. Frustrated having not eaten we left. What was supposed to be a nice family dinner ended up in a disaster. All being said the server Amanda was very pleasant and tried to accommodate. Mgr spoke with us and compt the meal. We left without having eaten

Had a lovely dinner in the lounge by the fireplace. Service was exceptional and food was as always, delicious. Would highly recommend their appetizers and salads. You don't need to go for a full course meal, can always have apps and drinks. Lighting is perfect.

I had made a reservation for 630, indicating that i would have 2 children with us. We waited for approximately 20mins which I understand that there is no control over this. However, we were seated in the bar area at a 4 seat table. My sons are 3 and 20 months. I had to hold my 20month old the entire visit as he was too small for the chair and the table was far too small. Our food and drinks barely fit on the table. It was challenging to say the least. I feel they could have been more accommodating given I had 2 small children.

The food was fantastic, and so was the host staff. We were unfortunately disappointed by our server but overall the experience was lovely.

Great meal amazing atmosphere was great. My mother never likes a meal. She loved her meal and the experience we will be back.

Great prime rib. Perfectly cooked. Nice portion. A bit noisey but it was a busy Friday. Parking a nightmare.

Wonderful waitress. 3 of 4 meals were great. One steak was cooked way too much. Did not want to wait for another to be cooked, so did not mention.

Sabrina was our server. She was knowledgeable, efficient and SO friendly. She seemed to appreciate our company and was quick with the jokes. Food was OUTSTANDING! I'm so happy I have some leftover prime rib so I can enjoy it for dinner tonight. Hoping to go back soon,

I've never had a bad meal at The Keg. The Prime Rib Classic is the standard that I use to compare to any other restaurant that I go to. Service is always excellent.

Unfortunately food came out cold. Veggies, potatoes and gravy. Not a fan of the Brussels sprouts. Thought it would have parmesan cheese(like a Caesar Salad)

Great experience as usual at the Ajax Keg. They were very busy and it took while to seat us (about 15 mins after our reservation time). The young guy seating us was a bit rude when I indicated the wait was long (he said that well at least you are getting seated now! ) what was the alternative? Really? Thankfully our server Andrew more than made up for the seater's crusty attitude. Food was on point and we had a good 1 st anniversary celebratory experience. We had escargot, the best shrimp cocktail, and the classic baseball steak.
