Got a combo and asked to have the fries in a separate box so it doesn’t get saugy with the wings & they said they charge for just the box. Not willing to accommodate and instead argued with me. Customer service is horrible.
The fries and wings are mid and over priced. It’d be the last time I visit this place, I’d recommend the same for everyone else. Save your money and you can find much better restaurants nearby.

Scam alert: a pound is less than 400 grams for them Everytime. Once I bought 3 pounds and it weighed only 1300 gram including the 80 gram take away box. I just ignored and this time I weighed 2 pound wings and it's 880 gram. (Remember the container is 80 grams) . Nowhere around here food weight is including containers, even with container also it's not showing up the promised amount. This is disgusting behavior. You can add 2$ extra per pound ad be truthful in ur business, than cheating customers.

visited this wing restaurant for the first time about a month ago and experienced stomach issues afterward. I decided to give it another try recently(dec 14th)but the wing sauce was extremely salty, and I again had stomach problems the next day. Based on my experiences, I won’t be returning

Food at The Wing Spot is great and the service was good overall. The only issue was that a bucket of discarded wing bones was left on a table that was supposedly “ready” for the next customer. Aside from that, the atmosphere was good, and I’d definitely go again — maybe takeout this time. 😉

Put order for 2 lbs of wings and 2 lbs of fries for a grand total of 60$. Only positive was wings were big. They were over done and had very little sauce. Same with fries, no sauce at all and the ingredients were barely there.

Just had an UBER delivery spicy garlic parm wings and fries…the wings was stale dry and hard taste was awful. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

My family and I have been loyal customers of this Wing Spot location for a long time now. We typically order through Uber Eats and on more than one occasion, our orders have had missing items. We let it go after the first few times, but it started to become a pattern.
On the most recent order they messed up (Oct 31, during Game 6 of the WS), I called to let them know my order was incomplete. I had ordered one set of 1-lb wings and another set of 2-lb wings. The lady on the phone had the audacity to tell me that I should “Order using the quantity button” next time to avoid confusion, as if the mix up was somehow due to the way I inputted my order on Uber Eats.
I don’t know how much clearer I could have been with my order. You can check the order summary in the photo I’ve included. Maybe instead of telling loyal customers to change the way they input their orders, they should just make sure they follow the order exactly as it is sent through to them. Not happy that I have to leave my house during Game 6 of the WS to pick up my missing order. Maybe it’s time to switch to No Cap Wings.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, so here is a 5-star. But would it kill you to label which box is which flavour?
The food itself was good, but I was disappointed that no cutlery or napkins were provided with the order. It made it really inconvenient to eat, especially for takeout. Basic essentials like utensils and napkins should always be included with food delivery.

Ordered 3 lbs of wings yesterday—two flavors were correct, but one was completely wrong. We called over 28 times with no response. When we finally reached them the next day, they dismissed us without even checking their cameras or verifying the issue. Very disappointing service.
