Ordered the thanksgiving stack on uber eats and this is what i got. I come here and spend 20$ a day in the drive thru and you have lost me as a customer, I’ve had bad experiences here one too many times and I’ll be going to the one on harwood now. Enjoy your loss of $400/month in sales. They won’t even take a $50 bill in the drive thru and they know me well.

I ordered an iced coffee and was really disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt and watered down, like they tried to stretch the brew way too much. On top of that, it had way too much cream and absolutely no sugar, which made the flavor even worse. Instead of being smooth and refreshing, it was bitter and unpleasant. Definitely not what I expect from Tim Hortons — quality control needs serious improvement here.

Why place people whose English is weak on front lines??? Too many errors...way too mamy errors. I returned the full order which I repeated multiple times prior to paying? I prefer the daytime staff at this location btw....less errors, once 3pm onward hits, be careful with your orders. We have now decided to just go to Starbucks from now on which has always been accurate, understandable, and on point. Too many TH locations have the same issue and this needs to.be addressed on a TH's wide scale or you'll lose out.

This is a food delivery review. I have ordered from this location three times, and every time, entire portions, usually 50% of the order, are missing. The food that does arrive is fine, as long as those items are things like TimBits or individual donuts, but anything that requires preparation, for example, a toasted bagel, is a problem. The bagels are never toasted and chicken items are missing chosen sauces (Chipotle fore example) as well as any other ordered condiments.
A recent bundle order arrived missing the main bundle items, namely both breakfast sandwiches. The two coffees, donuts and hashed browns were included, but the sandwiches themselves were missing. Soup is also missing when ordered.
Needless to say, there will be no more orders from this location nor in person visits.

We specifically ordered a customized vegetarian wrap with NO EGGS, yet we were served a Farmer’s Wrap instead—completely ignoring the clear instructions we provided. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. On top of that, the drinks were also made incorrectly. We requested extra sugar, and there was no sugar at all. When customers clearly state their preferences, especially for dietary reasons, they must be taken seriously. Such repeated mistakes show a complete lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer trust and satisfaction. Immediate improvement in order accuracy and quality control is absolutely necessary.

Such awful experience i got today from this Tim Horton. I ordered hazelnut latte medium which was made by old lady, taste was extremely bad . So , I patiently requested her to change it or make it new one , but suddenly, she gave me angry look & asked me for refund. Still, she looks very furious on me & finally she gave me very bad look ! Overall , such a worst experience I ever had in any of Tim Horton in Ontario .

Out of my last 6 orders, they have given me at least one incorrect item all 6 times.
I was also informed that all steak items are pork. I was later told it was beef but it did concern me how vehemently the employee held to there being only pork served here.
Despite making a huge deal about no pork, I was served the entirely wrong sandwich covered in bacon - leading to me feeling the need to write this.

I am updating and lowering my review due to yet another order missing items (again)
I find it may be useful for the management to inform employees to include silverware in all orders requiring silverware. It has been so incredibly frustrating to do drive through and have to turn around. Each time my family has ordered a menu item from this location requiring a fork or spoon, we have had to turn around and go in to make a request. I do appreciate the consistency - however it would be nice to use the drive through in its intended purpose and not have to do a second go around. (-:

This time hortons (I'm sure like many others) do not tell you your total at the drive thru unless you ask for it! I ordered FOUR bagels with cheddar, tomato and bacon. There were 2 bagels in the bag! I parked and went in only for them to tell me they only charged me for TWO! How do you mix up FOUR and TWO??? So, I order 2 more. I leave and my kids start eating in the car, ONLY to find out there is NO tomato!! They sure as hell charged me for tomato on all four bagels but not one had tomato!!! This place is a scam. Thanks to me your food count is up, along with your cash out! This place needs better training and maybe stop rushing ppl through the drive thru.
