No way is the espresso machine broken every single day. These staff are lazy and don’t want to make it. I buy two a day so that’s a lot of sales to lose!

Average service, drive thru is meant to provide fast service, meaning if I was waiting in a line up, i should be given my order as soon as I am at the window, but even for things, as small as a single bagel i have to not only just wait but asked to take another round in the drive thru. I would have let it slide if it was once, twice, or thrice, but it happens every time!!!

I can be in a rush but they waste our time. It is not about getting a coffee in 20 seconds, but sending me back in a line and waste my fuel, spending 10-15 sometimes 20 mine here!!!

This is the worst location of Tim Hortons. I aways had mixed experience here but this time it was just over the line. We ordered a quencher with no ice, first I received a quencher full of ice and when I said, I ordered no ice, they just threw the ice off along with the drink and gave me half a cup of the drink.
The asian lady/girl working there is the rudest person who doesn’t listen nor understands or even care to understand. It’s a shame how they get with it in their job without basic courtesy and respect. When I said, I don’t need the straw, she threw it outside on the road, it’s just disgraceful people working out of this location.
Just do yourself a favour and do not go to this location as it’s not worth it .
Whoever is the owner or manager should really look or resign if they know how to manage.
Stay away from here!!

The woman working there—just as countless others have already mentioned—is unbelievably rude and completely incompetent. My wife ordered a simple coffee and donut. When she got to the drive-thru window and asked to scan her Tim Rewards, the employee slammed the window shut, stomped off, grabbed the payment scanner, and then shoved it in my wife’s face without letting her scan her rewards first. The attitude was unreal.

Then, after handing over only the donut, she left an empty coffee cup sitting in the window and slammed it shut again. We had to honk just to get her attention, and when she finally opened the window she actually yelled, “What do you want?” Well, I want the coffee we paid for—that’s what. She disappeared again and came back with a latte that was supposed to be hot but was somehow ice-cold.

I honestly cannot understand how someone this hostile and careless is allowed to work in customer service. Interacting with hundreds—if not thousands—of customers every day, and this is the level of respect she shows? It’s shocking. Someone with this attitude should not be anywhere near customers, let alone representing a business. This kind of behavior ruins people’s day and damages the entire reputation of the place.

Scary female employee shouts at you from the pick up window to stop driving if your food/drinks are still being prepared. Very odd and off putting.

I love you Tim Hortons but this location is not quite the best.
I don't think a day goes by when I'm not picking something up from here on my way to my kids daycare or during a grocery run.
I just moved near this location and find the staff to be under stress and are not very polite.
This location also almost never has breakfast items, especially hash-browns.
Almost every Tim Hortons I have been to (even international) accommodates the customer by ensuring coffee is almost perfect to the customers liking but the workers here just hand the coffee and shut the drive through window quickly.

I still love you Tim Hortons but please better service is your Forte 🥰

I’m extremely angry and disappointed with Tim Hortons! I ordered a Habanero Veggie Wrap, but they gave me chicken instead. I’m a pure vegetarian, and this is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. How can such a big brand be so careless with food orders, especially when it involves someone’s dietary beliefs? This ruined my whole experience. Please train your staff properly mistakes like this are not small!

I went to this location on Nov 1st, first of the lady that was taking my order was rude then she got my order wrong. I asked her for 20 timbits with no chocolate or plain, guess what I got most of, chocolate and plain. Smh.

Worst staff, don’t have even manners that how to deal with customer . I hate this location. I will never come back … I went 3,4 times .., and all the time ladies shows worst attitude , today 20th of Oct (Monday ) I went near about 11:40 am and the old lady ..she is just like a hell .I garbage my all coffe ..spoil my mood in the morning…literally hate this location especially worsttttttt ladies staff ..unprofessional ladies
