Our food was okay. But the lady at the drive thru at 12:07pm today verbally told me “what is wrong with you” after I asked her for the medium cup and the lid that I specifically ‘ordered’ at the intercom and got charged for. I’m so clueless as to why she gave me the attitude but so much for a great customer service!

What a dump, a layer of dirt on everything. The bathroom was disgusting, shameful. Just like coffee time went to shit. Screw this corporation.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location in the area. The staff here need to learn that we are humans and not just a number on the timer. It feels like a military operation coming into here. Sometimes this morning I purchase a French vanilla that was literally exploded and had to have the top replace. Within a second of receiving my item, I’m expected to drive off and hear the scream of next order ringing in my ear when there is literally no other car in the drive-through there are literally programmed to just be like this. I’m not saying this is an easy job by far, especially during busy times, but treating customers like actual humans with respect and decency goes a long way.

Not good customer service at drive through at all. The salesperson didn’t even acknowledge customer at all. No smile or greeting, just a cold look. After I got my drink, I was adjusting the coffee cup in my car. The lady kept the window open grabbing order from other customer behind me and starting at me, non verbally she was trying to tell I was supposed to move while it’s wasn’t even 10 seconds after she gave my coffee. Need more patient and customer friendly sales person.

Just because we walk in to the store doesn't mean we should be lower on the priority list. They have 4-5 staff working the drive thru and 1 person at the front counter. She takes the orders and goes makes the drink and also helping drive thru when they shout something. 4-5 people waiting for their food as well. Super slow. Shouldn't take more than 1 minute to get a double double but i had to wait about 10 minutes in line, for her to serve drinks to the two people in front of me.

Well it was 20 minute wait at the drive through today waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no response at the other end and no sorry nothing. So unprofessional.

Nice, clean location. No wait to order food, and there was plenty of seating available despite being close to lunchtime. Breakfast sandwich and coffee were well made. Glad I stopped here!

Very rude service. Incorrect order/missing food. Handed over food aggressively. Didn’t scan my rewards. My neighbor had warned me about his r location and I experienced it this morning ! Tim Horton need to eliminate these individuals from their location if they can’t accept/apply excellent customer service!
