⭐☆☆☆☆ Disgusting Hygiene Standards

I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted by what I witnessed at this Tim Hortons location. While waiting for my order, I noticed multiple flies inside their oven — not around it, but inside where the food is supposed to be cooked. This is a massive health code violation and shows a complete disregard for cleanliness and customer safety.

When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the response was indifferent at best — no apology, no urgency to address the issue. If flies are in the oven, I can’t even imagine what the rest of the kitchen looks like behind the counter.

This experience completely ruined my trust in the brand. I won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope this location is inspected before someone gets seriously sick. Absolutely unacceptable.

the best part of this location, is the customer service part. one employee took the time to put a sleeve on my tea without being asked. I totally appreciated you and I am sorry I didnt take her name. but keep up the good work

AVOID THIS TIM HORTONS AT ALL COSTS!!! First off the customer service, TERRIBLE, ALL this tim hortons care about is drive thru times, there’s 0 Customer service when u get to the window to pay no one says hi, hello, how are you, nothing, just the total and the quality of the food is absolutely trash, sometimes you have no butter on the bagel or your wrap will literally not even be wrapped. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS FAST DRIVE THRU TIMES NOT YOU. This Afternoon i go to buy a coffee and a farmers wrap, they had terrible customer service as always but when i got my farmers wrap it was the worst wrap i had in my life the hashbrown seemed crunchy and stale, bacon stale, worst wrap ever. Then now I’m currently suffering food poisoning from that wrap as this was the only thing i hate all day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU BENEFIT NOTHING FROM THIS TIMS, YOULL ONLY GET A CRAPPY EXPERIENCE AND CRAPPY FOOD EVERY TIME. You are way better off driving the extra 5-10 mins to the other tim hortons near by. I lived by this tim hortons all my life since it was built, and before it was good but i can say now with confidence this is the worst tim hortons you can go to across canada.

The employee was super disrespectful and got my entire drink order wrong. She continued to argue with me and tell me I was wrong I don’t recommend going here at all!

Very lazy service. It took me 15 min to take one tea. Even it was not busy. One lady was working in side. They ar3 increasing prices every week, but no staff.

On August 19 at around 6:30 PM, my friend and I went to the Tim Hortons as we always do because we receive such excellent customer service at Tim Hortons locations all across Canada. When going to this location, the lady gave bad customer service and forgot our donut. She basically slammed the window on us after we requested to add a donut.

After giving us our food, we realized they forgot our donut. We quickly drove back to receive our donut and politely asked for it and they basically threw it in our face.

In my five years of customer service working at coffee shops just like Tim Hortons, I have never treated a customer with such disrespect. You need to put Customer experiences first because this is not acceptable and makes me want to choose another coffee chain.

PS there was also NO line behind and the store was practically empty. No need to rush like this and be so rude and dismissive to loyal customer that treat employees with respect and kindness.

The location is disgusting. Staff does not clean tables or washrooms. Everything is dirty!! They don’t even carry a first aid kit with bandaids. They also don’t even have a manager on duty “only in the morning”
