Staff is rude and makes up their own policies. Was told i couldnt get a giftcard past 10pm, however the tims down the street on salem gave them to me. These people are miserable and makes other peoples lives harder for no reason

I've been a regular at this Tim's location with friends and family, but lately, it become a hub for homeless individuals. Their presence has made the environment uncomfortable, with some profanity and disrespecting customers and staff. I no longer feel safe visiting this location. om my last visit, I witnessed a homeless person lying on a seat, with his hand in his pants, and touching surfaces with dirty hands. It's unfortunate, and I hope the management takes a steps to address this issue.
