This place is an absolute DISASTER. The staff are rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. The woman on the drive-through speaker can barely communicate and flat out REFUSED to customize my order, telling me she’d “do it her way.” When I asked for the manager, she actually yelled at HIM for trying to help me what a circus!

The food quality is a total gamble. Some days the farmer’s wraps are okay, other days they look like they were tossed together by someone blindfolded – half-wrapped, cold and sloppy. This location is a joke and needs a complete overhaul of staff and management. Avoid it at all costs!

Horrible customer service. I asked for a wrap and she charged me for a bowl, gave me a lot of attitude and was extremely rude. If you’re upset don’t take it out on the customer

I ordered on mobile and sat in my truck. After that, I parked the truck and went to the washroom. After that, I came inside the team hut. After five minutes, I gave them my mobile order. That too, after the entire line of customers inside, this is the meaning of mobile order.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location last September 1. I placed a mobile order to use a promo and ordered a sausage farmer’s wrap and a caramel toffee latte.

When I arrived, there was a lady already waiting at the pickup area. I overheard her complain that her wrap had sauce when she specifically asked for none, so she handed it back to the staff.

A minute or two later, I noticed a wrap being placed in a brown Tim Hortons bag—my order. Immediately after that, the lady’s “no sauce” wrap was prepared. This made me very uneasy and anxious, as it felt like the wrap that was originally returned may have been repackaged and given to me.

I truly hope that’s not the case, but the timing and sequence looked very concerning. Food safety and customer trust are very important, and I left feeling uncomfortable about what I was served.

I suggest this location reviews its handling of returned food items to ensure customers can feel confident about the quality and safety of what they’re eating.

They do not run with the same standard. The coffee was stale and burnt. Asked them twice to extra toast the bagel but of no use.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons , got a drink with Oat milk and it looked like vomit, the oat milk was probably expired. The farmers wrap was not wrapped rushed through order and drive through just to hit some internal metrics.

This is a food delivery review. This location exceeds expectations on every order - each and every item is included, whether it be cutlery, sweetener, sugar, serviettes or stir sticks. There are no food omissions and each item is prepared with care.
Packaging is efficient and effective.
After repeated orders, it is evident that this location is one to choose with confidence, for online or in person orders. Highly recommended.

Waited too long—no more donuts at 6:30pm. At 8pm the cashier starts cleaning the dining room. Start wiping the table where we sat with my friend. There were lots of vacant tables that needed to be cleaned up. No manners. Need more training. The drive thru long line up.
