Went to both this location and the Esso location and wanted to say how great the employees were, unfortunately I did not get the name of said worker but she was the supervisor on the shift on Tuesday the 11th around 6pm and she was so nice and went above and beyond with customers.

Very slow Tim Hortons. Even when mobile ordering you still have to wait 10 mins. Drive through can be very especially in the evening. There are a few amazing staff there that make up for the slow service

I came here multiple times to order teas and they still can’t get it right. Everytime I come here which is one a week I order a tea here and they can understand how to make it properly. I usually order double double with almond milk and they refuse to put any sugar and stir it properly and I have watched them not stir it. Poor customer service I even asked them if they stir it and they lied to me as I watch them not stir it. Never come here again!!
Conversation with the guy was great and conducted himself as good behaviour and helper. I really appreciate him. My day was so bad but that guy made my day.

This is my favourite Tim's location in all of Durham! I will go out of my way to stop here. The line always moves quickly, my food is always hot and correct (so important!) and the service is so friendly! I appreciate the staff here so much for always working with a smile and making the food and drinks delicious!

Dietary restrictions: You are able to remove certain ingredients from bowls and wraps.
Parking: There is always some parking here.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere with highchairs. Lunch times can get busy and loud!
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility doors and buttons. It's a bit tight layout wise inside but there are accessible washrooms inside.

Ordered a bacon farmers wrap no egg, and this is what I was given. Paying 7 dollars for a wrap with a piece of bacon broken into 3! What a deal.
