Don’t go anytime near 7pm. Asked for a infusr and argued with the employee for 5 whole minutes about how I don’t want a lemonade? Every order I’ve had the past two weeks has been messed up. How you turn a steeped tea with 1 milk 1 sugar into a coffee with 3 cream, 1 milk and 1 sugar is beyond me.

Great customer service by Kajal. She was very quick and efficient. Greeted with a smile and even helped with Tims rewards which for me a free coffee.
Attention Owner or Corporate. Have you tried the food on the menu? Ordered a breakfast combo. Ordered sausage, got bacon, and hardly any bacon at that. Was hardly warm, and my English muffin was pretty much raw, not warm. The hash brown was old, and rubbery. The breakfasts are rarely good quality. Try McDonalds for comparison, theirs is fresh; your food tastes terrible IMO. Too bad I will never order a breakfast sandwich or hash brown again from what used to be a great Canadian franchise. How could you let your franchise get this bad????

Went to both this location and the Esso location and wanted to say how great the employees were, unfortunately I did not get the name of said worker but she was the supervisor on the shift on Tuesday the 11th around 6pm and she was so nice and went above and beyond with customers.
