Staff are always friendly, personal and welcoming. It feels comfortable to have persons respond to me with a smile and a desire to be helpful. It is almost as if the staff are "friends."
Parking: About 50 spots right across the road from a shopping plaza and convenient to Tim Hortons.

I ordered 3 bagel with cream cheese.They put on cream cheese only on one side a little bit. It was literally dry bagel.They charge extra money for the cream cheese and don't even put on properly.what a rip off. I have noticed that other locations don't do that.I won't go on this location anymore.very disappointed.

Homeless man smoking a cigarette a foot away from the ordering kiosk in the drive thru. Holding a sign asking customers for money. Smoke wafting into our vehicle with my newborn inside. He glared at me as I ordered and as I drove my vehicle by (rolled up my window for the smoke/safety).
Told the employee serving me at the druve thru and she sassed me and told me that if people weren't giving them money, they would go somewhere else. No action or manners. This place has become sketchy to the point of feeling unsafe going through the drive thru. Brutal.
