Every time I come here I wait as there’s an endless lineup and not enough employees and the ones there are constantly pushed to run around. One of the most poorly managed and cheapest run Tim Hortons I’ve been to so far! Owner needs to employ more workers they clearly have lineups everyday.

Wish I could put a zero star. This was honestly the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Whipped cream isn’t even inside the cup as they filled the iced Capp until the tip of the top of the cup. I asked her to put more biscoff and cream and she barely put anything and started telling her co workers how I wasn’t respectful when she snatched the iced Capp out my hand and barely added anything. Horrible

Incompetent service at the drive through. I’ve asked for drinks without coffee explicitly, and they still give me coffee in the drink? I understand mistakes happen but this has happened multiple times unfortunately.

Stopped to use the washroom before getting coffee. No posted washroom closed for cleaning. And the staff member that was cleaning told me to leave and go to the pizza store. And not come back.
So I'm not coming back.

Its a basic tims but very bad area and my coffee is never consistent, one day theres too much milk, the next is its a quarter empty with a splash of milk so………
Came here on Thanksgiving and the service was fast and efficient. I was getting my usual order from the store before work and the employee basset got my order fast and on time so I wasn’t late for work. friendly atmosphere. Amazing service!

I always prefer this Tim Hortons. It’s so much better the cashiers and the people in the back are amazing. Look out for a lady with braids in her hair. I call her mama. She’s amazing and the rest of the coworkers.❤️❤️

When I stepped into Tim Hortons, I was very impressed! The worker taking my order was super nice and friendly! I think his names was Bassit. I ordered a small French vanilla and a ranch craveable wrap it surprisingly came fast! The food was amazing and I can see why they call it the craveable wrap!
