This location is disgusting and their customer service is even worst. They put 0 care into making their food, they gave me a cold croissant with cold cheese and a cold egg with mayo just slapped on.

I also ordered a coffee at the screen which they repeated but didn’t lunch in, so when I grabbed this croissant & asked for it they got annoyed.

Cherry ontop is they’re yelling at you to drive on because there’s a line behind (there was 2 cars) and I didn’t get the opportunity to ask them to heat up my food because it was so cold..

Just went in the drive thru 5 minutes ago and my order was taken by a girl who was disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I asked for a BELT but to sub an English muffin for the bagel, she said “you can’t do that”…I get the same order everyday, why can’t I do that today? She replied in a really disrespectful tone “well I’m telling u that u can’t”. I kept my cool, paid for my order, and when I checked my order I had asked for sauces on my sandwiches, and neither of them had sauce. So 1. You’re being disrespectful, 2. You don’t take orders accurately, and then 3. You were easily able to sub the bagel for an English muffin but decided to cause a problem abt it… don’t take ur attitude out on customers, if u don’t like ur job awhhh quit maybe?

We, customers look at the pic on the screen and want to order food or drink. I loved the Biscoff Iced cap and ordered one in this location. But they gave me with this much of whipping cream! Why are saving the whip cream to put in on their face??? Very bad!

They need to keep more vegetarian options. Only few options available. And they don’t have any vegetarian soups available at all. Maybe some other day they might have vegetarian soup available but not today. They should have available ministrony soup every day. And add few more vegetarian options too.

This tim hortons is by far the worse place in whitby service is poor and the really big lady the manager or supervisor is very unprofessional steep tea taste like cleaner every morning they do not rinse I watched them bang the pot in the garbage and stick it back on the burner stay away from this place disgusting can't even get a bagel with butter right 3 times I received order wrong And when I simply went in to make a formal complaint to why they cannot make a bagel right I was told not to come back to this location So now I use the location that's just south on Salem much better place service is fast they're nice And they know how to make a bagel with butter

I'm done going to this location. The staff are always rude and never get my order right. I've had to go inside after waiting in the drive thru because of incorrect order more times than I can count and to top it all off when I got home I counted 14 timbits when I ordered a 20 pack. I think they need to do a complete cleanout of the staff and hire a more diverse team judging by the amount of one star reviews.

Whoever they had working on October 16 at 11:20 pm, was so extremely rude in the drive through. I did not even want to place an order after she was yelling at me through the intercom to ‘be louder’ in a very nasty manner. I guess people forget to have manners and common decency nowadays. Im not asking for a lot- just be spoken to with respect. This was completely unacceptable and she should not be working with that attitude.

I went through drive through to get an order. I ordered 2 hot drinks. I was asked through the intercome if I want a tray and I said yes please (im not going to hold 2 HOT drinks). I was given 1 drink at the window. I wasnt given the 2nd drink until I asked for it, and they did not even give me the tray until I asked for it too. I am STILL holding 2 hot drinks...they gave me the tray and as I am putting the drinks in the trays, they are RUSHING ME to get to the NEXT CUSTOMER. I literally have 2 hot drinks in my hand trying to put it in a tray which you guys didnt even bother to give me in the first place and now youre rushing me to move? Wth. They didnt even give me the right size tray for the large drinks and the drinks SPILLED. You guys need to stop rushing so much and are lucky the drinks didnt spill on me. This is how incorrect orders are given, accidents happen, etc. To some of the workers (not all), STOP RUSHING, BE EFFICIENT AND DON'T BE RUDE. Disappointing experience.
