Agree with everyone here saying this location has the worst service! 9am Monday morning I get that the crew probably didn't want to work, but you guys just dont mess with customers' COFFEE to start their day! On a MONDAY morning. Just minutes ago today, I drove by, for some reason lady taking the order <DR DD> misheard my order for steep tea and yet gave black DR which I almost spit out almost heading to 401. I can't comprehend how one can mess up a person's order when in the payment window they asked me again what my order was. White lady does not pay attention. Indian lady in the window was rude, and only saving grace was the Filipino lady (maybe manager) who knew a thing or 2 about customer service. No apologies whatsoever, but this store clearly need better people who CARE ENOUGH not only about performing their jobs but who would be competent enough to take people's order PROPERLY. Sure, it is a small thing to complain about a $2 coffee but how the rude staff ruined the start of my week is huge. Do better, please. Specially to the lady who only had one job which is to LISTEN, pay attention and take orders.

Gothere at 345 in the afternoon to see managment had put only one person to run a drive thru AND storefront. RIDICULOUS. The worker was clearly overwhelmed and unable to take my order for food. If your going to run a tim hortons that does everything like food and drive thru you should staff it accordingly

Go there for snack and tea in my break , Messes up my order everytime. No creemcheese in bagel , miss sugar in my tea , give wrong no og drinks.
The staff is fantastic but the management lacks accountability when the machines breakdown and they don’t have them repaired or replaced in a timely manner. They are always short staffed as they only have one employee working on their own serving both the drive thru and the in store counter. They are expecting to service both counters and also to make sandwiches, pizza and any other food item. If they get a break or lunch time that would be amazing. If they need to use the washroom I don’t know how they are to manage this on their own. The franchise owner of this location and the other locations in Ajax should be losing these locations. The management is very poor. I’m a very regular customer only because of the staff and with the next staff change I think you will see customers leaving as well.

One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Very very slow service and very bad attitude, especially from the Caribbean lady. Please hire better workers and teach them how to be more respectful.

We went drive thru this morning at 10:19am you have this employee who is very rude! Very awful attitude and unacceptable. I wonder if SHE treats all the customers like how SHE treated me. Clearly SHE doesn’t know what good customer service is. We will never visit this store again.
