I ordered through skip the dishes, vegan sol cancelled the order with no reason. I tried calling the restaurant several times with no answer. I was really hoping to try their food, but this experience left me disappointed.

I ordered fried chicken with rice and pease and Mac and cheese and people mek I tell sum ting, the man dem fooooood is craaazy I never no seh vegan food can taste so delicious. However 3 things these chef is lacking is a cook book, cooking class and most importantly a restaurant where I can bring my family to come and dine inn. But I will forever support these chef they do such exceptional job with the food and am bout to order more; all other Jamaican restaurants I fire everyone of dem cause dem nuh put no love inna de food. This a man ya put him hart inna food that’s why every bite mi bite the flavour deh deh.

Almost all the time they’re not available on food delivery apps but google says they’re open or I order and the driver gets there and they’re closed. Then I try to call them but the phone either goes to voicemail or it just rings out so I’m guessing hours and contact number should be updated. The business is unorganized and it’s a pity because the food is great. It’s really hard to recommend them to people because of the sometime-ish service

Amazing!!!I ordered the Fried Chickn & Fries with Mac N Cheese. I love the Chickn & Fries very crispy and tasty.10/10! I just wish they had a dipping sauce for Chickn. For the Mac N Cheese it did taste a bit sweet with a hint of vanilla flavour. It could have had more of a cheesier taste.The next order was J*** Chickn for my mom and she was extremely impressed. Flavour was on POINT! 10/10!Overall food was outstanding and we will be back again. 10/10!btw the Hibiscus Lemonmade is yummy and flavourful.THANK YOU!!

Ordered through Uber Eats.This was the best Caribbean vegan food I have tasted from a restaurant in the 20+ years of eating plant-based!The j*** chickn was 10/10 AMAZING! texture was on point, flavor was perfect and it even had the charcoal straight of the grill bits! Any meat eater would approve!Rice and peas (basmati with red beans) was also delicious, the coconut milk and thyme came through.Fried chickn was light, crispy and so tasty. I was impressed that it wasn't greasy at all. 10/10Mac n Cheese was lacking in flavor and I could distinctly taste vanilla soy milk. 5/10To be fair, it's hard to find a good mac n cheese anywhere, vegan or not...All in all I loved the food and can't wait to try every dish on the menu!

My boyfriend and I had a mixed experience at the Vegan Sol food truck at the Uxbridge Fall Fair. We decided to support a vegan small-business, but the service was very unorganized. We, and many other customers, waited 25 minutes for our food. Eventually, we went back to the window and asked if our order was ready. We gave them our number and they asked "What was your order again?" We told the person at the window our order and one of the cooks pointed towards our food that was sitting off to the side in a box, cold. Why didn't they call our number when our food was ready? What could have possibly taken so long for two poutines? I don't know what was going on, but if they knew there was going to be a long wait or they were having a bit of trouble, they should have at least made an announcement or something. They were also out of forks and offered two spoons to eat our poutine. I understand things happen, but this just added fuel to the fire. The poutine honestly was not that great because it was cold and the cheese sauce wasn't to my liking. However, the "**** chicken" on top of the poutine was amazing. I might go back to Vegan Sol just for the j*** chicken, even though we were thoroughly unimpressed with everything else.

Searched on google for vegan food and found this place, it is SO DELICIOUS! I’m not even done eating and I had to stop to write a review because they deserve it- I got the j*** chicken and the Mac and cheese and they did NOT disappoint. the j*** chicken is so similar to actual chicken and the flavour is outstanding. I’m going to be coming here all the time now, 10/10!

At first I was brought to an incorrect address on google maps so do yourself a fave and call ahead and be sure of the correct address. (I suggested an edit on google hopefully they get on that!!)It was only 10min drive east and boy am I grateful I decided to go despite the misdirection.I am vegan and try to check out any vegan spots when I am outside of my home/work area. (York/North York)I had vegan chicken for lunch so decided to try out the smash burger. That was so damn good the bun, cheese and burger all were on point along with those crispy AF fries mmmmm. So tasty. The people running/working the space were lovely as well. I spoke with someone who seems to get their food often.Great vegan comfort food filled with soul There also is a little path that leads to a park just by there so fun place to explore too.

I don’t like how the fried chicken mushroom is cooked in vegetable oil and comes with loads of extremely spicy peppers that ruin your whole taste buds and over power any flavour form the mushroom chicken along with the bland Mac&cheese I give it 3/10. They also don’t give you any complimentary sauce to go with the mushroom chicken and when I asked for sauce I had to wait 5 mins for them too give me cooked sauce in plastic containers that melted through the plastic. Overall the idea is a nice vegan mushroom spot but the quality is really low and there was a white lady that was rude when I came in the time they opened up and straight said like there nothing to eat come back in 45 mins when I asked for other options she okay. The service from her was -5/10. Do better
