The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The ambiance was welcoming and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. A special mention goes to Rubal, who truly made our visit memorable. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her positive attitude and genuine smile added so much to the overall experience. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. Thanks to Rubal and the entire team for such a lovely experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

This location of Wendy’s is my go to place, I always get Spicy chicken sandwich, the atmosphere is very chic and friendly. Raman and Britt provides best service. Also the Manager Rubal is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was going to send an email to the manager but I thought it better to share about who runs this establishment. My sister Kelly was a manager at this location for over 5 years? She worked the evening shift til close. Earlier this year she got sick. She tried to come in and do her best but eventually her illness took over and she was let go. She passed away in August after 2 weeks in ICU from a brain bleed. Not one of her managers has reached out to our family, offered condolences or even sent a card. They basically got rid of her and have showed zero empathy for her years of service when she was healthy, both mentally and physically. I still hate driving by this location, I will never go there again. Kindness costs zero dollars. Do better Wendy's Ajax. :(

I give my server Elaine 5 stars.but food was not good.i asked for apple juice I git some kids box..which is ok.. but it was an apple drink. Even at organic how is that apple juice. I asked for 2 eggs bacon well done potatoes and very crisp muffin.i got rubbery eggs. I had to ask for muffin to be retracted dark. It was redone and still didn't get beyond blond I put jam on it and it tastes like onions!!!!what happened? It was truly awful.my potatoes were deep fried wedges if potato.thats not a breakfast style potatoes. Yuk

Historicaly Wendy's has always had a good reputation however this Wendy's location sadly ruined it for me. I believe the management has changed as the last time I was her and was 2 years ago and the staff there were nice , courteous and attentive. This time however the staff didn't know what they were doing and didn't care about the customers at all. I ordered a baked potato and it was very dry and I just ate a few bites and threw it out. They forgot to give me the utensils and also forgot to give me sour cream and salt and pepper as most Wendy's typically would . I had to go up to the front to ask for these items. I wouldn't suggest anyone to give this Wendy's any business , im sure the staff themselves wouldn't eat what they serve customers.

Classic Wendy's spot! Renovations haven't happened here yet so the restaurant still looks old fashioned! The staff are nice and the food is good. Location is tidy with lots of seats. ONE WAY entrance and driving path is not marked so be careful when driving into this area.
