But ownership/management must have more serving staff - unfair treatment of your staff! Our server did an awesome job working alone, but definitely unfair to have one person do hosting, drinks, serving all tables and managing Uber orders and drivers.

Horrible Service, Missing Items, No Resolution
I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats, but unfortunately the restaurant never received the correct details. When I arrived to pick up my food, half of my order was missing—just one pound of wings (which was part of the promotion offered by Uber). Despite the small size of the order, neither the restaurant nor Uber issued a refund or offered to deliver the missing portion.
I spoke at length with the manager, who then involved the owner, but they still refused to make it right. They placed full blame on Uber Eats and declined any responsibility—even though it was clear the error took place somewhere between Uber Eats and the restaurant. The manager was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the exchange.
Overall: It was a disappointing experience. The lack of accountability and customer care turned a minor issue into a frustrating ordeal.
I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Just wanted to get some wings we ordered the Tuesday special 2 orders and an Ice tea and waited for about 20 minutes just to hear the server coming out and asking if we wanted the order what a joke. Which they never started. Will not be going back nothing against this establishment but service suck

First time at any Wild Wing with my Wife. This one was a good experience. Wings and tenders were the best I’ve ever had, great sauces and dry rubs. Fries were standard, paled in comparison to the delicious wings. Seemed a bit empty when we visited and that made me a little hesitant but I’m glad I tired it. I will be back!

New owner is making a big effort to improve the quality of this restaurant and its working. The helpings were generous and the food was cooked perfectly. There are New Specials available and this Wild Wings is definitely worth visiting.

We ordered the Wednesday night special, 1/2 rack of wings and 5 wings with fries. Food was delicious, fries were a bit cold but the ribs and wings made up for it. Service was great no complaints at all there. I would go back again
This location has took over new management that has changed the game. The music, the comfort, the politeness of the staff, and the taste of the wings were off the charts. I ordered non breaded wings with sauce and I was not disappointed at all! The taste was amazing and I would definitely come back another day.

Harsh is the guy who has such a beautiful smile ☺️ and he always greet his customers so patiently and calmly and Jalp is a really amazing employee too.
