Just got a jumbo pizza with "extra sauce"
The sauce was 7.25 and there definitely isnt extra.
Nice more less 10$ tip. Id like some compensation for the complete lack of EXTRA
But prolly wont happen so ill make sure everyone that asked about there i let them know.

Thanks for the 53$ dollar pepperoni pizza....

We've seen better pizza before.

Couple's dinner on September 13, 2024. Friendly waitress who spoke French. Medium vegetarian pizza and a fries. Total of $33.28 with taxes and tip. We offer you three photos including the one of the cash receipt.

Beyond disappointing.
I've been coming to this restaurant for years. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at any establishment. If it wasn't for the waitress being kind, this place would've gotten 0 stars for service.
I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger with a poutine on the side. Easy. My partner ordered a chicken Alfredo, and again, easy.
Which is why it was so shocking to see how they could've messed up such a basic order.
The burger had 0 condiments. No cheese. Burnt bun. Dry patty. The fries were fries and not the poutine I asked for. The chicken alfredo had NO chicken and was cold.
At least we had drinks. But those were warm enough to almost completely melt the ice inside...
I sent my food back, and my partner was passive enough to eat it. The food came back with a different waitress and slightly more edible. Still no cheese. All the items looked like they were thrown on without care. And it was still horribly dry. At this point, I felt bad and just sucked it up. And told myself, "At least the bill will be compensated, right?"
WRONG.
I got a 1.40$ discount...and had to pay full price for the chicken Alfredo with NO chicken because they forgot! It's absolutely ridiculous that we had to pay 37$ for an almost inedible meal.
What started in an establish that my family and I have been going to for years, I can honestly say you've lost our business completely.

My husband and I finally were able to have a date night for the first time in 5 years since we had our kids. This is one restaurant we hadn't tried yet and we decided to give it a go. We were both extremely disappointed in just about every part of the experience. My husband ordered a Philly Cheese Steak with fries. The fries were Costco branded, we've had them before. The sandwich was so greasy he had to use a fork and knife and it was made with processed cheese slices (orange) rather than Swiss or Mozzarella as it should be. I ordered the Red Steak Salmon with Greek potatoes, rice and vegetables. The salmon was overcooked and flavorless. The rice was overcooked and was definitely prepackaged, I had bottom of the pot crusted rice included. The vegetables were a flash frozen medley that you can buy at a grocery store and the Greek potatoes were not Greek potatoes, just deep fried with no flavor. The service was alright except my husband and I didn't finish half our meals and he didn't bat an eye, just took our plates without question. It was all a rather apathetic and disappointing night and we will not be returning. Not one bit of the food we had was authentic in any way. Prepackaged food cooked poorly and sold for the highest dollar. I do not and will never recommend this restaurant to anyone ever.
