Dirty. Very dirty. Men’s bathroom toilet looked plugged. Looks like didn’t even try plunger . Blizzard station was a disaster. I wanted exlarge. They said no button so wanted to charge me a large and a medium????? 7 dollars difference from lg to exlg???????????? No way. Scam floors dirty. Garbage cans dirty. They young girl who made our blizzards was very nice and apologetic and that she just started her shift and I could tell true. It’s the owners and managers…. The last time my wife went there the female ‘manager’ had her shoes off and up on a bench. They served family members before my wife and her daughter . I will be reporting to head office tomorrow and hopefully can share pics I took. I drove from Maxville. Guess it’s to Cornwall next time. Disgusting!!!!!!

Wow … I mean …

They lost all of the essence of this style of place …

Ordered 3 small sundaes 1 kid cone $24. Robbery.. my two hot fudge sundaes really had no chocolate so I went back to counter. Girl scraped the bag and fixed mine. The second was a disgusting mess and I requested a new one. She proceeded to put the partially eaten one in the fridge. I said that has been eaten it has to go in garbage. She was dumbfounded. This place needs to do a lot better. Beware is what I say. Never will I go back. Gross

Extremely dirty. Ice machine was empty, bathroom was disgusting. Hand dryer barely worked, there was garbage on the floor and near tables, and our booth had a broken light above it. The food was horrible. Chewy chicken fingers that tasted microwaved, and lazily “tossed” in sauce. I also overheard something about the staff not giving a customer the correct amount of change, wich I wouldn’t be surprised by. Do not reccomend. I will not be coming back

The place is so dirty, border line disgusting. Equipment out of service, screaming at staff that are visibly on break to come back to work to help handle a “rush”. When asked for an empty cup for water, we were given a stare down as if we were a nuisance…

Not a great experience. 17 minutes waiting in drive thru to get an incomplete and incorrect order. Atmosphere inside is more of a family daycare than a restaurant. Not fast, not good, no service.

I got a bananas split and the pineapple was not good. It tasted and smelt sour/almost like alcohol. Not okay. I should’ve brought it back right away. I saw a post on Facebook someone saying this DQ is not very good. I didn’t wanna believe that but now I’m shocked, they would have smelt how bad that pineapple was. It’s definitely expired.

Always a great experience and delicious meal. It would be nice to get more fries with the meals but all in all it’s awesome ! Great staff.

I am always satisfied when I go to Dairy Queen.
Impeccable service, excellent food and ice cream. Good value for money. I much prefer this restaurant to the McDonald's.

Not greasy food compared to others.

Here is what you’re guaranteed to get by coming to this Dairy Queen:

1) 15+ minutes for the most basic orders. Last time we were apologized to (good!), but told it’s because they had to freshly cook chicken strips (not a good excuse). All the other food was cold/melting by the time we got the chicken, and the curds in the poutine were actually thawing still.

2) Multiple servers, confused servers, servers who struggle with both languages. We order directly off the menu, using the names of the products that are listed on the menu. They’re still confused about what the products are. They will interrupt you half way through your order to ask if that’s everything. You will be served by one person on the headset, and another at the window. They have not communicated to each other about what your order is.

3) Bad food. The ice cream is fine, it’s Dairy Queen so you know what you’re getting. The food is not good and there’s a chance it’s under or over cooked frequently.

4) Dirty. Everything just looks gross. The entire place could use a face lift.

These are not employee problems. Your staff are trying their best. This is management and owner issues.
