Not sure if it is even still open. We stopped by for lunch because of the reviews. The sign said they opened at 11am, we got there around noon. The door was locked, no cars in the parking lot, and when I called, no answer.

We.were.on a road trip when this place was recommended to us. The moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Such a cozy inviting vibe. Everything on the menu sounded amazing. I had the Tuna Tostada. Well seasoned, perfectly balanced. It was delicious. The cocktail menu was also enticing. I will have to make it a point to come here again. It's totally worth the drive.

The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The menu is small, seasonal, but not diverse. We started with the duck spring rolls, which were excellently prepared. There was a flavour to the filling and dipping sauce that wasn't quite to our taste, but we enjoyed the experiment. I must add, that they make an delicious Mojito. As our mains, we order the Mac & Cheese and Cauliflower Tacos. Now the tacos were a wonderful surprise. The flavour and texture were absolutely on point. Unfortunately, the Mac & Cheese was shocking. The flavour was there, but the dish was ruined by being oversalted. I told the server, who replied that the chef did not add salt to the dish. (I suspect it was the pasta water) Despite the fact I did not eat the Mac & Cheese, I still had to pay full price for it. Forewarned is forearmed my friends!

Our first visit was last summer, happened upon it by pure chance while out for a summer cruise. We were so impressed that we returned this summer with plans to return again. As many have said, food, atmosphere and service are amazing. Mother and daughter duo are very charming and make you feel welcome and both make it clear that they enjoy what they do.
