Pizza was uncooked. And the bald guy doesn’t know how to speak in English well and his behaviour was so weird. Even after my order, they were on the phones. So much disappointment. Didn’t get the customer service.

Really disappointing. This establishment was a childhood favourite of mine and the quality has gone so down hill. The pizzas were both doughy and undercooked. The customer service just isn’t there either. This has been an issue the past three or so times.. so it appears to be going consistently downhill.. :(

Ordered online on Dec 5th, I put my address on the app as I always do and instead of hawkesbury it placed my order in Alexandria, called manager he cancelled my order and told me a refund was issued, it has been almost 20 days now and still have not gotten my refund. Thieves.

criminal. Guy tried to break down my door. called 911 and he left. Had to call 911 again cause he came back and wanted $40. Guy destroys my door $500 of damage then leaves again befor the police show up. He is the new owner and I cant wait for this guy to go out of busness.

Such a great Wonderful experience, the food was amazing and served hot. And the staff and owner is very peaceful. I was very satisfied with service and cleanliness.

The food is a lot better than other pizza huts I've tried. So much better that it's my favorite pizza place in town. The quality is extremely consistent, too.The delivery service is crazy fast, but I can't speak about the dining-in service nor the atmosphere/cleanliness of the establishment since I only ever order delivery.5 stars easily if you order delivery, though.
