This place is very clean. It was newly renovated and updated. Bathrooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. My only issue is that they don't put enough toppings on your sub. Its frustrating to constantly be asking for more of something. They will skip some toppings as well. Besides that fact it's a decent place and I go fairly regularly.

Tried the new dippers. They were ok. So was my Canuck sub. In fact it was yummy.
But the churros failed. Badly. The texture was like they were stale. It took all of my strength to just tear off a bite. Then it went downhill from there. Very strange and nasty, I could only stomach one bite.
I don't know if the taste testers in Subway's test kitchen were drunk that day, or just uncaring. It was actually revolting. Sorry Subway.

Subway is always good. My pet peeve is the line-up behind me. I seem to be pushed in the line with not enough time to choose my toppings. It might be helpful to give a person with a big order time to choose how the subs are made!
Dietary restrictions: There should be an alternate choice for lactose free cheese.

Everyone here is very friendly and while I mostly do pick up nowadays they are still very helpful and kind when I stop in. They also call to offer substitutes if an ingredient isn't available when I order through the app which I really appreciate.
2 disappointing visits in a row. I usually go here and don't have any complaints. The last 2 times, the person serving me is in a rush...and stingy with ingredients in rice bowl and sub. She doesn't seem to care very much, just slaps stuff on and there you go. Not much of a sandwich artist. Pushing you to the cash before she finishes the order so you can't see and ask for adjustments to level of sauce or anything. Doesn't ask if you want salt & pepper. Just here you go get out of here! I know it's Subway...but take a little more pride in what you are making for people.
