Like someone else mentioned, they often forget to put pizza sauce on the... pizza subs. The last two had no sauce (not light sauce, no sauce). Why go back if they can't follow their own recipe?

Friendly staff but no ingredients. I left with lettuce cucumber and pickles. Where is the spinach, red onion, parm, etc....great emergency place but no diversity in ingredients.

6 subs, paid for, then didnt have the bread. Waited 24 hours, went to get the 6 subs again... 1 had no meat, 1 had no sauce and it was a pizza sub. 2 ham subs were to have mustard and mayo and small amount of sub sauce, its pure sub sauce, none were wrapped correctly, also they put my pickles in a cookie bag. That was soaked and thrown out time we got home. Now have to go back A THIRD TIME so they can fix the subs. They also didnt think complimentary cookies etc would be a nice gesture, considering we waited an entire day plus 3 trips for subs that were not correct. It isnt hard to see when you get half the meat you usually get, or better yet, none of one thing you wanted. Look at your subs before biting down. You might not get what your asking for. Awesome 40 plus dollars.

Absolutely discussed by the worker. He was horking up phlegm into the sink, not once, but 3 times. Then when I came out of the washroom, I noticed him picking his nose.

This place is very clean. It was newly renovated and updated. Bathrooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. My only issue is that they don't put enough toppings on your sub. Its frustrating to constantly be asking for more of something. They will skip some toppings as well. Besides that fact it's a decent place and I go fairly regularly.

Tried the new dippers. They were ok. So was my Canuck sub. In fact it was yummy.
But the churros failed. Badly. The texture was like they were stale. It took all of my strength to just tear off a bite. Then it went downhill from there. Very strange and nasty, I could only stomach one bite.
I don't know if the taste testers in Subway's test kitchen were drunk that day, or just uncaring. It was actually revolting. Sorry Subway.

They renovated in November 2023. The new layout is much better. The subs, soups and cookies are always good.
