Worst Tim Hortons around by far unfortunately. Drive through wait times are 20+ minutes every single time, and the hot coffee always tastes like water. My order yesterday was simple, ten of the new blueberry timbits and ten old fashion glazed. I get back to work and they're all blueberry. Coffee this morning, dark roast regular.. I get to work and it tastes like hot water with cream in it.

Paid 7.99 plus tax for a pizza with barely any cheese on it. I wanted to attach a photo of this pitiful looking pizza but there's no option to do so. As well, a young lady named Katrina took my order, and she did not look too happy to be working. Being kind and friendly cost zero dollars.

I have used the app 3 times , all three times it has been an issue. I ordered soup tonight, I went to pick it up and it was unavailable. I asked for a refund, the staff said that they were unable to do so. They told me to go on the app and get one. I sent an email, and customer service said the store has to issue the refund. I called the store back, they informed me I have to wait and call the manager on Tuesday. If I want to speak with a rep online it’s up to 5 business days. Save your money folks! 2-5 days to get a refund for soup that the store doesn’t have!
