Paid 7.99 plus tax for a pizza with barely any cheese on it. I wanted to attach a photo of this pitiful looking pizza but there's no option to do so. As well, a young lady named Katrina took my order, and she did not look too happy to be working. Being kind and friendly cost zero dollars.

I have used the app 3 times , all three times it has been an issue. I ordered soup tonight, I went to pick it up and it was unavailable. I asked for a refund, the staff said that they were unable to do so. They told me to go on the app and get one. I sent an email, and customer service said the store has to issue the refund. I called the store back, they informed me I have to wait and call the manager on Tuesday. If I want to speak with a rep online it’s up to 5 business days. Save your money folks! 2-5 days to get a refund for soup that the store doesn’t have!

5 sugar black does not mean I just want the coffee without no sugar
Ordered some potato wedges. Only got 8 wedges, still can see the bottom of the bowel. Asked to speak to manager. She said owner only wants us to serve only 8 wedges! I asked for my money back so sad!!! Also, when sitting inside restaurant many people from drive through going inside to correct mistakes. What happened to customer service I payed for it and only get half full.

Stop saying you're concerned. Obviously, things aren't getting better at this Tim's. Went there this morning, closed. Other days they don't have what you want and the people working there never understand what you're ordering.
