Tried to place an order online through the website for their Alliston location. The order wouldn’t go through. We called the store, the person on the phone tried to walk us through some options to process the order. We started placing the order over the phone, gave him our address online to find out that due to being 10 min outside of “town” it was an $8 delivery charge when everyone else pays $5. Get real! Support local is good and fine but not when you bleed your customers with delivery charges.
Update: very cordial staff, food was great. Not sure if this location was sold after my initial experience nearly 3.5 years ago but the staff I spoke to were awesome.

One of worst experience at any burrito store I came hungry to have my lunch but the manager told me we are out of rice, which is the only main ingredient I know item 86d but rice at the burrito store. Moreover, when I called back to store, manager answered the call rudely and said things happened.
