I wanted to give a kudos to the staff who were working the lunch rush today, they were professional fast and efficient, made my food with keen attention to detail and a kind demeanor. The food looked and tasted fresh and I'd highly recommend this location.

Ordered a Family Fiesta and they called and said they don't offer. Take it off door dash then.
This place used to be top notch now there is someone working here that does not speak a work English and communication was nearly impossible. I asked for the Northers Realer, a limited time special they have and she did not understand me. I had to point at the big sign for the burrito on their windows. Once making the burrito the lady put on lettuce, tomatoes and onions which I did not want and when I asked her to stop because it’s not what I wanted (after she dumped the ingredients on my burrito) she started picking them off with her hands leaving a bunch behind and said “ok?”I shouldn’t have had to eat the burrito she made a mistake on

I can’t believe how disappointing this most recent visit was. Not only did I come into a back and forth disagreement with a customer and the man who seemed to be “the boss,” but my conversation wasn’t very pleasant either. I ordered 2 quesadillas, and not only is it now that they don’t have more than one size, but now the one size they do have isn’t 2 tortillas together anymore, just one regular size tortilla wrap folded in half and cut into 4 pieces… very disappointing paying $24 for 2 half quesadillas. On top of that, I wasn’t “allowed” to get sauces on my quesadillas, and I understand the reasoning(because it makes it soggy and “messy”, but I was not even given the option to put sauce on my quesadilla like I used to be able to. Every question I asked was met with a stern and rude “no.” And after this visit I’ve come to the realization that my assumption of a rude customer was wrong, and it was a disappointed customer because the customer service was absolutely garbage from the man. I’m very disappointed that I spent this money on 2 half quesadillas with terrible customer service; I will never come here again.
