i came in the other day and the two girls working Abby & Ruby were phenomenal!! they answered all of my questions, helped me pick out a smoothie and food item & chatted with me while they were making my smoothie! they were such sweethearts!!

Went in to get my wife's free birthday smoothie. Staff refused to honor the promise made by the company despite my being able to prove it was my wife's birthday and that she had signed up for the app.
Staff suggested that the best solution was to create another account and lie about the birthday, as they don't actually check or verify.

I went there like 10 times with the same order, I brought my own protein to add, it's always been added and I was never told they can't. Today I went in and was told they are not allowed to add it. I left the house with a 4 month old baby, without eating, and now I have to go back home to make my own and head back out. Consistent service would be appreciated, now I can't rely on it as it will depend on who is working whether or not I can get my shake so I won't be back.

I had been ordering for pickup through DoorDash a few times, and the staff kindly pointed out that using their own app would save me money. Now I'm not only saving, but also earning points! My smoothie is always ready in no time and tastes fantastic. The customer service at this Booster Juice is top-notch, and I really appreciate the attention they give to their customers.

The girl working was ever rude, rolled her eyes when we came in, acted like we were a burden and was throwing dishes around in the back. We came in she had 0 customer service skills. I understand that the food industry can be hard, I worked in it myself. But clearly this employee needs to be retrained in the customer service aspect.

Bad customer service. I was lied to, not apologetic and very defensive. I ordered an Acai Energy Bowl, given to me with no Bananas. I went back in to ask if there are bananas in it and the girl said “Yes”. So i scooped under, and there are none. I went back inside store to complain and she said, “We don’t have bananas”. Why would she say that she put something in, if they don’t have.I had very good experiences before and they offered me frozen bananas as an alternative. I said she could have offered that, instead of apologizing, she was defending herself that she was not told or taught by her employer to offer an alternative.I forgot to get her name but her boss would know for sure. I have the absolute pleasure of meeting the owner Christina today when I went into this location and Alliston to grab my most favourite drink the Heavenly Horizon. She was so friendly and efficient, store was very clean and as per usual my fresh juice was delicious. Thank you so much for providing a Booster Juice experience that went above and beyond the brand standard. Keep up the excellent work! 10/10 I recommend this location!

I used to come here all the time and chat with the owners but then I came down with sensitivities to a lot of vegetables so I couldnt come anymore. I went in the other day for the first time in a year or so and see not much has changed. Well the staff has but the same friendly atmosphere hasnt. It seems the owners really pick the best bunch of girls whenever they hire. Not sure if there has been an ownership change from when I used to go about 1-2 years ago. (Hail to the Kale with celery was my drink) I can really only drink the ginger shots now so when im down for one, Ill be by! ( I did leave a review under my other email a couple years ago too but 5 stars two times cant hurt anyone right!?)
