Tried giving this restaurant a second chance, just to be disappointed again. The order of sea food with garlic sauce tasted awful. There was no garlic,nor garlic sauce...it was a sweet liquid that was not eatable!! I called to question my order hoping that they had made an error with my order and that they would rectify it after paying $30 on just that dish. I was treated with disrespect and told not to eat there if I didn't like their food. The worst customer service ever!!

Went here last week, ordered take out as well. The take out was not good. I feel when the food gets cold from this place it tastes really bad. This time they made it fresh and i quite enjoyed it. The food was warm, cooked to perfection, and they put allot of effort into it. I would go back to dine in. The place could use a touch up, it looks depressed. The man behind the counter is not very helpful, seems he doesn't care or too busy to care but this place does have allot of potential. the price is fair.

There is nothing fancy about this restaurant or food, but if you just enjoy basic ‘Chinese food’ the price point is good and the food tastes pretty good as well. They are really set up for take out, but you can dine in if you choose, although the inside of the restaurant is pretty basic, and not overly inviting. We like the C12 with an extra spring roll. The staff are pleasant. The turn around from call to pick up is pretty quick, ~20 minutes. Easy to park as well, being in a plaza. You usually see a steady stream of customers coming and going so that usually is a good indicator of the food quality. We have tried other similar spots in Alliston but always end up back at China Wok.

Really it doesn't have an atmosphere, as it's a take out place. There are tables and it's always clean. When we visit Alliston, we make a point of ordering out.
