Love everything about coffee cultures. Such a nice atmosphere. In this day and age with so much chaos in the world, its such a nice relaxing get away. I go with my daughter. We get to relax, connect and enjoy wonderful beverage and food!! 🙂

The staff at Coffee Culture are so incredibly nice. I accidentally left my wallet there and they kindly mailed it to me because I live far away. Sabrina was so nice over the phone and was so well organized to make sure my wallet wasn’t lost in the process. The food was also very good. I had the matcha latte and their homemade soup. The soup was perfect for a cold day. I would recommend going to Coffee Culture over Starbucks any day.

I had the best, most attentive service from Alanna. She was courteous, aware , detail oriented , accommodating and efficient. I have not experienced that depth of excellent customer service at a coffee house in a very long time. If I needed an employee, I’d snag her. Also, the gluten free brownie is pretty magical.

A friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door. I was visiting (not from around the area) and was looking for a nice spot to have a small bite to eat and briefly use the WiFi. I certainly found it! A medium size coffee here would be considered a large by other standards (?) and the food is prepared fresh to order. My breakfast sandwich was perfectly toasted, egg perfectly cooked. Quiet, open, clean, friendly atmosphere. Ample parking (in a plaza). Next time I’m in the area, I will be back!

We went to this place to try their breakfast as I always wanted to try it. My husband, my 2 year old son and myself went smiling to the place around 11am on Aug 26th. The woman behind the counter had a full on attitude. I thought she was having a bad day and I took it, smiling back and apologizing as we wanted to look through the menu. I wanted to have a good experience as this was our first time entering this place. There were no smiles. Unfortunately, I forgot to mention that we don't eat meat so that was a mistake on our part when the other batista came with our food, one of the sandwich had meat in it. But she also gave a stern answer "that's not bacon, that's prosciutto". As we don't eat pork we thought it was probably plant based. The other women who took our order quickly came to our table and said that's made out of pork. I quickly apologized and asked if we can change it, she said we could but gave me a statement in a very unfriendly tone "its important you mention this to us as I wasn't aware!" and i kept apologizing and as she walked away she made a face. The was a blow! My husband saw that, called her and cancelled the order and told her she shouldn't have done that. If you have a camera in the store you should check it. She gave us our refund for the 1 sandwich that took her 2 mins to make. I couldn't finish my coffee, or enjoy my sandwich and we walked out angry! What an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience! I am a dental hygienist, my husband is a business man, we own properties but We are grounded and humble people, we didnt need those 2 women to ruin our morning. You are there to serve us, be polite to us, customers can make mistakes in ordering meals, we will pay more if its required but the service was horrible. They both need to be trained! If they hate their job, they shouldn't be there throwing their attitude to customers. I am just so disappointed with the whole experience I felt in my life for the first time in Alliston!

My favourite spot in Alliston to just relax, read a book or study, converse with good friends/family and enjoy a coffee and delicious cafe food. This location has the friendliest staff, be sure to say hello and enjoy your time. Oh and check out the local art on the walls up for sale.

When it's a hot 86 - 90 out I expect to walk into a cooler place of business. I noticed that when the owner is there the AC is on but when she is not there it's extremely hot in there. The last time I was in there, there was a young guy working buy himself. This boy was moving as the line up was 5 - 5 deep making all kinds of drinks and foods. When the girls are working there is 2 at least at a time there. This fellow was on his own. Not right
