I paid $6.20 for a mini Reese blizzard to literally have ONE piece of Reese in it. If I’m going to pay more for something so little don’t reduce the amount of food provided! Done with this location! Newmarket I always have chunks of Reese.

The floor is sticky and all the tables were empty, but dirty. I ended up throwing away my ice cream when I got outside because if they care that little about cleanness, I doubt the food equipment is cleaned and I don't feel like food poisoning. I would like to know how a manger or owner would allow it to operate as such a pig sty.

This franchise is being run solely by East Indians. They didn't speak any English, except "what do you want", then went on talking their own language infront of us. They were blaring Indian Music while we were trying to sit in and enjoy the ice cream. Dairy Queen is about atmosphere, just as much as the food. The music was enough to make me never want to visit this location again. The music and atmosphere is about the customer. Not the workers you have working there.

The usual DQ. But. The folks working here now have zero interest in being there. Zero personality and zero desire to do a friendly job.
My friend picked me up a box of Peanut Buster Bars
I can't believe the lack of fudge in each treat, I feel the peanuts where stale sad, I worked at DQ back in the day wow never again sad... chocolate Flavor coating wow not even real chocolate
Sad Very Sad
Crystal Placido so disappointed
The drive thru is so slow, no matter how many cars are there or not - also a terrible set up to exit for larger vehicles. When an item was forgotten and I addressed it at the window they asked if I could park out front and wait - WHERE? I'm not sure if the employees think the portions come out of their paychecks or not but it's as if half of any order is missing - 4 pieces of cookie dough in a large blizzard is ridiculous.

I went to Dairy Queen on my birthday, and Gurvir at the drive-thru made it so special. He was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to Gurvir!

This evening I went in to DQ in Alliston to pick up a blizzard cake for my husbands birthday. I asked for extra toppings to make it look more like the photos the company has advertised. I believe it was the manager who came out and took over our order and he definitely delivered! Thank you so much for your amazing service and kind smile! We will all be enjoying this cake tonight!

Bad attitudes by employees bad food taste. There is a old lady she is good. A lady looks like Store manager always look rude at customer. Couple of days ago when I took my food to my home i could find hair in my food (Looks like gents hair). I had to throw my food!!! Its unhygienic and they don’t use gloves or hairnets while preparing and serving food!!

Recently on a Facebook group there was a post by a matchmaker looking to make a match between two males. I responded to this post with a comment showing an emoji of a vomiting face. My response was due to the fact that I, like many of the members of this Facebook group are religious, conservative and values based people of faith and such a post is offensive to decent people who believe in G-d and the precepts in Bible.
Mr Benudiz, the owner of this franchise location, is a gay person and president of the Toronto Gay Pickleball Association and took great offence to my emoji comment that was in response to a post not by him. Mr Benudiz called me on my cell phone and verbally assaulted me by aggressively yelling at the top of his lungs and repeatedly calling me “a disgusting human being” as well as threatening me and my family saying that he would “smear my reputation” and “crash my career”. Mr Benudiz then had his “boyfriend” by the name of Emil Ermakov send me messages telling me to “go F-CK myself”. I was traumatized by his aggressive and abusive behaviour and members of our community with whom I shared the details of this experience urged me to file a Police report against Mr Benudiz for his verbal assault and threats, and I am tempted to do so.
Mr. Benudiz is known in our community for bullying, harassing and intimidating those who oppose his LGBTQ2+ ideas that he tries to push on the members of our values based community. He expects members of our community to respect his Gay beliefs while disrespecting and intimidating those who oppose his views. Mr Benudiz is known as a Dairy Queen franchisee and I have filed a formal complaint with both Dairy Queen Canada as well as American Dairy Queen corporate headquarters.
I request a public apology from Mr Benudiz as well as an undertaking from him to cease and desist his threats, bullying and aggressive intimidation of myself, my family and to not attempt to contact me at all in future. He needs to also undertake to cease and desist from his bullying and aggressive intimidation of any members of the public who do not share his LGBQT+2 views. He is entitled to his views and to act as he wishes but he needs to understand that myself as well as other decent and values based members of the public are also entitled to their views free of fear of his aggressive intimidation and bullying tactics.
If I do not receive a public apology as well as his undertaking to cease and desist, I will consider legal action against him for a restraining order.
Dairy Queen is a great place to have ice cream. However, prices are ridiculous.

My God, the prices are insane now!!!
$5.99 for a medium dipped cone???
May not be their fault, but FF restaurants are pricing themselves out of the market for the Vox Populi.
No wonder I see Escalades and Yukons in the drive thru, they are the only ones who can afford it.

This location sucks now used to be really awesome prices are absurd I have stopped going here cheaper to go elsewhere
Ordered a custom variation on one of DQ's cake designs. Staff was very very kind and accommodating. No problem making it happen, and the cake turned out beautifully. They even offered to have it ready sooner than the website order date. Thanks kindly!
