I was really disappointed with my experience. First of all, the food took almost an hour to arrive, which was far too long. When it finally came, the brisket was only lukewarm, not hot, and it wasn’t tender at all. The mashed potatoes were nearly cold as well. Overall, the only thing I truly enjoyed was the drinks, those were excellent. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing and didn’t live up to expectations.

We tried the yucca fries, the seafood cavatelli, and the special (curry goat and saffron rice). The food was amazing. The yucca fries were crunchy and the yellow pepper sauce paired perfectly. The seafood was fresh and the curry goat and saffron rice was very delicious. Kyle was our server and he was amazing. We will definitely be back.

It was DEFINITELY worth the drive to Alliston! I have heard many good things about Gušt, so my wife and I decided to find out for ourselves. The menu was not huge, but everythingsounded so good, it was difficult to decide what to get. We started with the calamari appetizer, and then we each got a different seafood entree. Everything was top notch--pasta made in-house, generous amount of seafood in each of our entrees. Desserts as well were very rich and decadent. I would definitely recommend this as a place to go with friends or to celebrate that special occasion with that special someone.

I have been wanting to dine at Gust for awhile now and was so excited to finally be able to yesterday. Our waiter Kyle was fantastic, he was very personable and attentive. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and how each dish is prepared which made it more difficult for us to decide on our mains because everything sounded sooo good! “ pasta is made in house, the chef smokes the brisket for over 15 hours, the hot sauces are made in house” like everything was executed exceptionally. Chef Damir came to our table to chat, he answered our questions about his food inspiration and was so kind and easy going.
Everyone loved their dish, we started with the empanadas, yucca fries and calamari and for mains we ordered the beef brisket, seafood pasta, octopus and Mediterranean chicken. For dessert we had a grand marnier crème brûlée , passion fruit / mango cheesecake and a flourless chocolate cake, all phenomenal
Looking forward to returning in the near future, it was about an hour + drive for us but well worth it

went today for dinner. I had the bison lasagna, my wife had the 10 oz steak and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were okay but the steak was 12/10. The drinks were good the service was fast. The restaurant was a bit bright and the menu was a bit small but still great spot.
