I especially appreciated our server Kyle - his professionalism and relaxed charisma helped contribute to an overall positive vibe and to the fun of the meal. Kudos to the chef for the menu - most of us really struggled to pick something and the food was outstanding. I definitely will recommend it.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to whether you’re feeling like eating something light like one of their handheld options or something heavier like the steak this is the place to come and try. We came here for my fathers birthday one weekend and he is the pickiest and trickiest person to please when it comes to food and he said it’s the best restaurant he’s been to and he resides in Toronto so that says a lot considering there are many top notch restaurants there.
Thank you to Damir and Kyle for their exceptional service and food, we’ve only tried this restaurant less than a month ago and we’ve been back 2 times after. We’ve had an extensive tasting of the menu and everything has been 10/10.

I can honestly say that Gûst has redefined what 5 stars means for a mid-high end restaurant for me.
My wife and I went for our anniversary and Liz had drinks waiting for us. Shout out to Liz. She is a rockstar of server and a really nice person!
The food was next level. I have eaten at some of the most expensive and excellent restaurants in the world and Gûst stands at their level without the pricetag.
The food was beautifully presented and the flavours were a dance on the palate. The portions were perfect.
The drinks again beautifully presented and out of this world delicious.
While sitting you feel very comfortable and cozy. You feel at ease the moment you walk in.
If I'd known they existed we would have been there way sooner and we would definitely be back again and again.... And again.

Gust in Alliston is a hidden gem that is definitely worth the drive. The food was incredible, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be making the hour-long journey back to Gust in the future, as it was truly a dining destination worth revisiting.

The food is awesome and reasonably priced. The drinks, ie a glass of wine, is astronomical. I could buy an entire bottle for the price of one glass. I understand that liquor is where they make their money. But, at their prices, I am not going to have a drink. If their drinks were reasonably priced, I'd love to have one, or maybe two. I will certainly have dinner there again. Just alcohol free.

First time at Gust tonight. Nice patio. Great laid back friendly service. Food was impressive and very well presented. Diverse wine list at reasonable prices. My wife had the grilled octopus and I tried a bite. Cooked flawlessly. I had the daily special which was a delectable ravioli stuffed with smoked veal and mascarpone in a chive cream with crispy leaks. Pair great with a Spanish Grenache. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dishes and wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend.
