I ordered food from this Lazeez location through UberEats and was really disappointed. When I opened my meal, I found a piece of hair in it. I tried to ignore it at first, but then I found two more pieces and that completely killed my appetite. I called the store to speak with a manager. The worker told me the manager wasn’t there, so i had to speak with the worker there, and he didn’t take the issue seriously at all. He laughed about it and said it was “too late to complain” because I supposedly ordered an hour ago — even though I received my order about 30 minutes earlier through UberEats. I had put the food in the fridge and only opened it later, which is when I noticed the hair. This was incredibly frustrating. I paid for the food, delivery, and expected basic hygiene standards. The owner’s name is Rahil, and based on this experience, he didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. Really disappointing and unacceptable.
