Wow , where to start ? Horrible horrible teenagers with zero respect , work ethic , morals they spoke down to me like I was youngster , innocent I was polite respectful , even though they were rude off the bat , I have NEVER in my life been talked to in such a way in my life as I was tonight , my crime was calling and asking for dipping sauce for nuggets , called the store and was told sauces are extra . “ by the way we have no gravy for the poutine so you can’t have that “ I was told by a rude teenager who claimed later to be a “manager “ but would not reals her name and swore and screamed and hung up , name and she would not provide it and hung up didn’t want to even change the impossible poutine to another option and was threatened that they were going to “kick my ass “ and report me to door dash and cancel my order completely .... I inspected the the box of nuggets that they still sent even though I thought the order was cancelled , to my surprise they gave me sauce , ON MY NUGGETS and it was spit , still bubbling and all I didn’t want that sauce ! Wow..... never ordering from this location again and following up with corporate and possibly the police so stressful dealing with it and disgraceful and unacceptable .

"Stopped by the McDonald's in Alliston and used the drive-thru for a quick meal. The service was relatively fast, with only a short wait time. The staff took my order accurately, and everything was prepared as expected. Food was typical McDonald's quality—consistent and just what I wanted for a convenient bite. Overall, a solid experience for a fast-food stop."
Ordered McDouble extra patty. The meat was dried out and did not get that extra patty. This has happened for the 3rd time when I ordered delivery.

Can't tell you the number of times I have drove home from this restaurant and looked in the bag to see a messed up order either the wrong item or missing multiple items. Just not I picked up two medium combos to come home to one small fry and 2 sandwiches. This is and I count the 6th time I have gotten home with missing items. I am very disappointed in this McDonald's and will definitely not be visiting in the near future
