I used to work here when I was younger. I moved from Alliston about 18 years ago and just moved back. I came to this resteraunt on 2 occasions so far since i came back and the staff is so friendly. They really care about their job. They are just lovely. This is nothing compared to Toronto. In Toronto everyone is so rude in almost every single mcdonalds. I'm so happy to be back. Good job guys

For takeout I ordered two Big Mac combos one with no onions. I went to get my drinks and condiments and the area was a mess with garbage on the floor, pop all over the counter and the lids were mixed up. When we got home to eat we found out that the drinks were completely flat. A few years ago I had a similar experience at the same restaurant and swore I would never return. It certainly has not improved. Eat elsewhere this location is very poorly managed and probably would not pass a health inspection.

Went in today just before 12, ordered at the kiosk and then waited 17 minutes to get my order. It obviously was somewhat busy, there were 4 orders ahead of me. But 17 minutes is insane. I don’t know if the only priority is drive-thru, but in store orders was not a priority. I’m only complaining on here so it finds someone who cares because that staff does not.

Jackie, which i’m sure is a fake name, the night time manager, has such an extreme attitude problem it’s insane.

They messed up my order about a large frie and when I went back in they gave me my large back but they threw away the medium frie and the large frie has no salt on it

I dont know why, but every morning I come into this location and the staff are constantly yelling and swearing so loud that I downloaded a db meter and recorded over 53db from the far corner of the restaurant. The language is so unhealthy for any clients sitting in there including young children.
It takes alot for someone to want to post a complaint on here so you can just imagine, I downloaded an app becasue I couldn't believe how loud from the farthest seat from cash register.
Also there is never anyone monitoring the cash register. Waiting 2-3 min before going to the self order screens to order so they at least see the order.
Are all thr McDonald's similar now? Where is thr customer value, where are the manners and respectful work ethics?
