Went with a large party where two servers were taking care of us. They both handled the large group extremely well. Kris was the server who was taking care of our table and she was wonderful. Very enthusiastic and kind while delivering great service.

We dined as a party of 6 (five adults and one 9-year-old). From the start, our original server showed little to no interest in serving our table, which was noticeable to everyone. It was uncomfortable, and frankly disappointing.
Another server later came over and told us she would be taking over because his shift had ended. However, this turned out not to be accurate—our original server was still there serving other tables more than an hour later.
The food was mostly acceptable, but my wife’s fish and chips were not. The fish was mushy and cold in the center. She tried to eat around it but ultimately couldn’t. A few of us tasted it and agreed something was wrong. The manager handled the situation politely and offered to replace the meal, which we appreciated,but was declined.In it's stead, we settled for an ice cream sandwich as a replacement. At that point, though, we just wanted to leave.
Overall, while the manager was courteous, the service experience—especially at the start—left a lasting negative impression.

We all enjoyed our food that was both plentiful and reasonably priced. We enjoyed ribs & wings, brisket with mac & cheese and a 'smash' bowl. Each dinner came with some corn bread that was warm & very tasty. Our service was was well timed and it was a good place to catch up.

Well this was a pleasant surprise. I visit other Montana's barbecue and bar and I did not enjoy it. However, this one in Barrie was fantastic. I really enjoyed the food. The service was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely go back there again.

Not a huge fan of Montana’s on a good day. Friendly staff but mediocrity is the word of the day when it comes to the food here. My kids seem to like it, though…

Food was cold and took forever. Server barely spoke English and on top of that. I asked for a glass of water and this dead fly was in it. Definitely will never suggest anyone to come here. Will be sending this to head office

Went to dinner for my mom's Birthday this past weekend (February 25th 2023) The food was good, but our server Kristine was next level. Service 10/10 and when we wanted to embarrass our mom, she knew exactly how to but didn't overstep.
