I took my family of 6 and the food was good but the wait time was long. 40 minutes to get entrees and had to wait 15 minutes after asking for the bill. The waitress added a 20% tip for herself to my bill and lied when I asked her about it. I've never experienced that. I was going to tip anyway but that ruined the experience.

It was a busy day that we waited for 45 minutes on our server to take our order. We eventually grab a hostess to take the order.
Food was as good as expected. The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was as anticipated at all Montana's nice, bright and jovial.

Made reservations for Saturday night 6 pm. Arrived on time and was promptly seated. Server came over shortly after and took drink orders. Montana’s was having a surf and turf promotion which is the reason we went. Upon ordering we were informed they had run out of shrimp, AND lobster tails. Wait, what ? Your online and in store menus are promoting that very thing. Server was able to secure apparently the last lobster tail. It looked like it when it arrived. Steak was cooked properly, lobster tail was sad with little flavour. The extra charge for the hint of seasoned butter was embarrassing. And in a small take out paper cup. The side of coleslaw, also in a small paper cup. For take out I get it, but indoor dining put it either on the plate or in actual glassware. At no point were we asked or brought drink refills, with a couple being water. I think the Alliston location needs to work on several aspects of not only the menu but the service. Yes this promotion expires on Tuesday but to run out several days before ? Then pull the menu. Pulled pork sandwich was very good as were the nachos.
