Thank you to Stephanie who made up for the confusion

We were so upset. I checked the website to see what time they close. 5:00. Cool. Load up the kids. Arrive at the desk at 3:35. Get turned away. They stop selling tickets at 3:30 because they are no longer doing the pumpkin cannon and wagon ride at this time. We state that is no problem and asked if we can still pay full price to get into the playground and play on the bounce pad (we were also going to buy a bunch of goodies). They stated this is not possible. I am absolutely baffled as to why. So, instead we walked away empty handed with really upset kids who wanted to play.

I love this farm. We come here multiple times a year. They have pick your own blueberries, flowers, pumpkins etc. Lovely grounds with multiple play areas for little ones. The bakery is amazing. Their pies are by far the best I’ve had from any farm bakery. My favourite is their pumpkin pie (seasonal). But I would also recommend the apple pie, vanilla peach pie, strawberry rhubarb pie, blueberry pie, coconut cream pie, and butter tarts. Lmaoo basically the entire bakery. I cannot underscore this enough—best pies ever. Not too sweet, fruit forward, and crispy, crumbly crust.

Butterworth are amazing and not too sweet. They have a variety of in season produce.

What a beautiful little bakery and market! My husband and I quickly stopped in for some treats because we can’t say no to a cute market but this place blew us out of the water. The interior is super cute. The staff were all so friendly and had beaming smiles. A large variety of foods to try too whether fresh vegetables and fruit, baked goods or canned items! The food was delightful! We got Murphy’s lemon and blueberry shortbread cookies and the cutie pies 4 variety pack (apple, blueberry, peach and raspberry). The cookies were fresh and flavourful and the pies were the best we’d ever tasted. The dough and crumble was outstanding. Bonus points too for the adorable farm dog that was rubbing its back and kicking its leg up in happiness on the front lawn. This is a must stop spot if you’re in the area or driving past on the main highway. You won’t regret it :)
