The food that didn’t have black long hair on it was fine. Called back to get the pizza replaced after noticing 2 large hairs and they said it’s not company policy. Such a shame because I’ve ordered a lot throughout the years. Horrible customer service once confronted

I’m really let down of the quality of pizza that is being made from this location. I don’t know if the staff or ownership has changed, but it’s gone downhill so fast. The delivery drivers seemed disinterested and unfriendly, basically throwing pizza at you at the door. When my pizza arrived, it’s burnt on the edges and undercooked in the middle. The cheese was greasy, and the toppings tasted stale. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back. My money will be going to pizza hut or dominos.

I am not related to Pizzaville nor was I paid to make a fake review like a lot of them on here. First couple of times the pizza was ok now just horrible. Either burnt or close to raw, toppings under cooked. The wings were good but now swimming in sauce and rubbery. Please don’t leave a message saying I should contact you to make it right as it shouldn’t of got this far …. kinda like the other negative reviews for here. The driver is extremely rude basically throwing the pizza at you. Never again.

I ordered two panzerotti’s last night from the Alliston Pizzaville location and received what looked and tasted like two pieces of extremely burned toast. I can understand cooking them a little more than a pie, but not cremating them like this. My wife and I tried a couple bites, but the black sections would just shatter upon cutting with a knife and the flavor was that of charcoal briquettes from your barbeque. Unfortunately, they went into the garbage along with the want to ever order from this location again. Alliston is filled with great places to buy pizza and Pizzaville is NOT one of them. As I do not recognize any of the employee’s, I believe management has changed along with quality at this establishment. After contacting the store, we were offered a 50% discount on a 100% ruined meal. So anyone who doesn’t enjoy overly burnt Panzo’s, stay away from here !!!!!
