Greeting was nice. But the service was below standards. We went in at 5 30 on a Saturday. It was not busy. Our server was quick to take our drink orderr dinner order, and appetizer. . 25 minutes later, no appetizer, no server, no nothing. Apparently, they were too busy with take out orders to serve dinners. We never did receive the appetizer, she forgot and when Dinner finally arrived, we rushed through it in order to make the 6 50 show time. No coffee, no one bothed to show up to ask if we wanted anything. Sad service. The bright side: The Jays won!

Was at this pub a couple of weeks ago. Got seated and didn't have a chance to look at drinks menu. Waitress asked us as soon as she seated us what we wanted to drink abruptly. When we asked to see the drink menu she pointed menu to us and left. Did not come back again for 10 plus minutes and we decided to walk out. Place wasn't even busy at that time. Would like to give 0 stars for Service. In fact for everything.

We ordered our food and it took 50 minutes for it to come to the table. My children ordered chicken tenders which were overcooked, and the toilets were filthy. Not a great experience at all..... we will most definitely be trying other places to eat next time we go out....

Fantastic staff. Excellent service. The food was amazing. Except for my chicken tenders. I don't know what happened but they were very dry. Almost overcooked, maybe double dipped in the deep fryer. They do come with sauce but it didn't help much. Still had an excellent time, my deep fried pickles were amazing and I plan on going back.
