Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House Alliston

Ate in London Wellington today at 11:30am with our family. Out of 7 orders, I was not served anything until they’re done with their food. My order was just traditional waffle and chicken which is sooo easy. I feel targeted because I’m the only asian there. The server acted like it was my fault that I wasn’t served. Gave me a wrong food and then acted up again. Maybe train staff to be kind to responses and be compassionate. Very much RACIST

We order 2 junior express breakfast and 1 steak and egg breakfast. the pancakes came out undercooked. The steak was over cooked when we had ask for medium rare

Alyssa and Damon at the Alliston Stacked Pancake location deserve huge recognition. They were professional, patient, and handled the situation with confidence. Honestly, as a manager you should know what you’re doing, why did your two servers (Alyssa and Damon) have to guide you on how to do your job as well as how to initiate a refund? At that point, they should be the ones managing the place. What made this even worse was that I had to play tug of war with a male kitchen staff because he was trying to stop me from taking a picture of the hair I found in my food. That should NEVER happen in a restaurant.
The only positive side of this experience was Alyssa and Damon. They showed real leadership and great customer service.

We’ve been to multiple stacked restaurants but this one has the best food, the best atmosphere and the best service! Had to pleasure of having Kristin as our server and she was fantastic! Amazing service and my 2 year old loved her! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Good food and service. Banquet burger is delicious.
Kids eat free every weekend in August is a good deal.

Really enjoy their breakfast menu. They also have a great early bird breakfast which is a great deal. Friendly staff, great selection and good coffee.

Ate there is morning, they sat us at a dirty table, should have left then! The food was barely ok, the soup was horrible, cold and had to ask for crackers. The service was terrible, couldn’t even get a coffee refill. Charged for a pop with kids meal that was supposed to be included. Never go there again!
