The drinks we ordered were great, but the fact that the credit machine asked for a tip in the drive-thru is beyond greedy and unprofessional. Tipping culture is predatory on consumers as it is, and asking for a tip when you already charge an arm and a leg for basic coffee drinks is crazy. What would the tip even be for? Opening the window and handing a drink? I think the 7-dollar-a-drink price point already covers that.

On May 12, 2025 between 9:30-9:40 i came to this starbucks to get a Venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade blended without inclusion on my spare during school and one of the Baristas from this store was super rude after i went back up to the counter to say my drink was made wrong and had inclusions in it and if itâs possible i asked for it to be remade and she proceeded to say âSure, Whateverâ She then took the drink out of my hand and dumped it out which is against store policy to take back a drink someone has already started drinking. After it was remade she called my name and slammed the drink back down and said âHereâ and walked away. I come to this Starbucks very often and am so disappointed in this service i received.

This is a Second time that I have got a cup of pumpkin spice latte when I got home itâs almost halfway and we pay for a full cup I donât understand why they are not filling it to the top đin Alliston

Every time I order here, I leave feeling ripped off. The staff never make drinks consistently, and tonight was the last straw. I received my grande white chocolate mocha hardly 3/4 fullâat $7 a coffee, I expect a full cup. If that's too much to ask, at least serve it in a tall cup and charge me appropriately. Time to boycott Starbucks and support small shops like Northern Blush and the new Pink Peony Cafe down the street instead.

Went into get a cold foam latte and the lady at the drive through window was so rude and had no manners whatsoever, all because I didnât know the drink name?! âWhat can I get youâ sorry I didnât realize what an inconvenience it was for youâŠ.

Every time i order here its disappointing. I have been getting decaf as I'm pregnant and it is always too bitter, or too bland. Every other location I order at is very consistent with their drinks. This location is a hit and miss and for the price is not worth the gamble. Please do something about your baristas.

Honestly, you guys always make great recommendations and the atmosphere is great.
Some comfier cafe style lounge spots would be a great upgrade here (but that's alllll starbies now haha).
What I can't speak highly enough about you guys is your character! Every person who has served me here has been kind. And kindness goes a long way.
The first question I always get: hey how are you doing today?
Sounds silly right? Well the last couple locations I went to (during quiet periods) I got greeted with 'what can I get you'. And it almost felt like I was slowing them down too much to say 'hey how are you' instead of telling them my drink order!
I'll never take my home location for granted again! Miss you guys today as I'm up north but can't wait to pop in again.
