I've lived in 'aliston my whole life. And this store has gradually gotten worse. I don't want to sound ungrateful, but the female staff in this store have to be some of the worst workers. I've ever dealt with the vegetables are always gross. They've looked like they sat there for way longer than they should have. And they'll have mixed in with other vegetables because they've just dropped them in. They're constantly out of certain items, like crispy onions, even though they're supposed to be, I want a specific sub. The 2 gentlemen that I see in that store quite often are great. They go above and beyond. But I'm sorry, the women in that store are absolutely terrible. They don't seem to care about their customer service at all. And no, i'm not sexist, like I said, the two gentlemen, always go above and beyond

I regularly visit the Subway in Alliston. They get busy sometimes but food is always prepared fresh, staff are very friendly and even remember my usual order which is nice. They keep the place clean and recently had a refresh renovation which was nice to see. I would recommend this Subway for sure.

Just ordered the BOGO $1 deal for pickup, and it’s so disappointing. It was all bread and veg, hardly any meat. Whoever made those sandwiches is like it’s coming out of their pay check. Also, clearly didn’t bother reading the instructions. Never again. 🙅🏻♀️

They put ingredients on your sub like it comes out of their paycheck. I used a BOGO deal and the subs had like literally no toppings on them. I could see the manager/owner hawkeyeing the poor worker as he was putting ingredients on my sandwich. Won’t be returning. If you want a better sub, drive 5 mins down the road to submarine supreme and support a local establishment. Not this garbage franchise.

My wife and I visit this Subway location regularly and are always welcomed with smiles and nice conversation. The food is fresh and a much healthier alternative to other chain fast food. The two young people that work there on Wednesday evenings are awesome! Keep up the great work and enjoy the new renos.

I ordered a wrap a sub a pop and a bag of chips. There was black chunks of crap in my beverage from the fountain. I dumped it tried again the ice dispenser was dispensing black chards I brought it to the employees he said no I don’t think it’s broken while I was showing him the disgusting ice with black chunks. Shitty service never going back overpriced anyways.
Only ever 1 person working at a time. Veryyy slow service

Amazing food. I tried veggie Pattie sub and the taste was awesome. Staff is so friendly there is a guy name Kuldeep he served me very well and made amazing tasty Sub. Will definitely visit this location again.
