To be honest, we walked in at eight twenty. Wait about 30 minutes for someone to take our order. We did not get our food until about an hour later. We were the only ones in the restaurant and just felt like we were inconveniencing. The food was great. It was probably the worst service experience I have ever had
Chemar is the absolute best. He was so kind and fast. He even went above and beyond to give us a 5 star experience. The food was great and we will be back and we will ask for Chemar!
Just returned from another great lunchtime experience at Swiss Chalet in Alliston, Ontario. We have been going to this location for many years and the owner John has consistently delivered quality food and service. Dawn our server always does a great job making us feel at home and pays close attention to detail. We highly recommend this restaurant for reliable, consistent food and service in Alliston.
