We finally got to try this restaurant, it has been on our list, but with Covid, our visit got delayed. They are following all the Covid protocols, so we felt quite safe inside. We tried their Greek salad and their homemade dressing was delicious. Both their chicken and pork were very good, as was their rice and lemon potatoes. My husband ordered vegetables as one of his sides, and he said they were cooked to his liking. The owners were nice and welcoming. I noticed that they also had a kids' menu. We were very happy with our experience.

Everything was great! The white wine tasted homemade and was super delicious. We had the saganaki but we ate it so quick we never took photos, it was just so amazing with the garlic bread they give you. The chicken schnitzel was so good, I got a small greek and regretted not getting a meal because I ate half the schnitzel and almost ordered one to go. We are super close and will be returning very often, I appreciate that they checked vaccine passport as well. Overall, 5 stars (:

Im not sure if it was me or the mask but immediately seemed unimpressed by myself and my family. The gentleman had no mask, when i asked about the difference between the kids souvlaki and the dinner he was incredulous. Looking at the other reviews of bad customer relations there seems to be a pattern i cant qWhite put my finger on it.

My husband and I tried Thera Greek Restaurant for the first time tonight and have decided this will be the first of many more visits. We were met at the door and made to feel like part of the family. The food was the best Greek food I believe I have ever had. Everything was fresh and made to order ! As we were leaving all we could talk about was our next visit. It was lovely to meet both of you and we look forward to seeing you again very soon.

Our family visited the town today, It's long weekend and most other restaurants are close. Luckily, we found the Thera Greek Restaurant. Food is very tasty and the owner is very friendly and humorous.

I have lived in Alliston since November 2017 I have never had such amazing food since moving here from Toronto. I ordered chicken and mushrooms with a side of rice and vegetables and a side order of pita with side ceaser salad that was just for myself I ordered some other things for my hubby the portions were perfect I couldn't finish it all and it was delicious. I highly recomend them to everyone you won't be disappointed. I give them a 10/10. I will definitely be ordering from them again

Feeling a bit foolish! 11 years these folks have been in Alliston, and we just finally got around to eating dinner here! Our meals rivalled any Greek meal that we ever had in the “old days” on the Danforth, or anywhere else! Such a relaxing, homey, atmosphere! Thank you for the great experience—- we will be back soon!

Food is always great, service not so much. They are usually friendly unless they get busy it seems. My last visit there I walked out being chased by the owner apologizing to me.I understand times are different with COVID and staff is limited which could make things more stressful for the restaurant but customers should never be greeted with attitude stemming from frustration or stress especially when they greet you in a kind manner. Its not the first time it has happened to myself or my wife and we have even witnessed it happening to other customers. But when all is good for them they can be some nice people, but like that saying goes... never bite the hand that feeds you. It goes both ways. Also a side note is when picking up my orders the last few times during Jan- Apr 2021 the restaurant has smelled like cigarettes' inside. They like to smoke inside their own restaurant, not very good especially for customers with breathing issues.WIll not be ordering from them again. Its a shame because the food is good but not worth the anger and nonsense.
