I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons ever since I was a kid, being an Alliston local. I stop by every morning/afternoon for my coffee and breakfast/lunch. The ladys at the drive thru window are amazing and they do their best to remember the regulars order and are super sweet in every way. Keep up the great work!

Will do anything to avoid this location. Anytime I have ordered my bagel (Plain bagel toasted with butter, one slice of cheddar cheese and bacon) I get a cold but burnt bagel with the cheese buttered the bacon slapped on top of that and then thrown on the bagel. The bagel is then dry the butter does budge or melt neither does the cheese and the whole thing becomes garbage. I don’t know who taught the sandwich bar how to make bagels but this is not it. Never go to this location for food

Terrible experience, the lady at the drive through was awful, rushed us out, and didn’t even fill our cups . I’ve never had such an awful experience to the point I felt the need to leave a review, definitely doesn’t deserve to be working customer service, -10/10 review.

Espresso machine always out of order? Or not working? I don't understand how a coffee place has this issue. 9 times out of 10 I can't get what I want to order and end up leaving with nothing or settling for something I don't want. It's ridiculous. Staff is fine and friendly

Every morning, the drive-thru crew led by Trudy absolutely shines! No matter how busy it gets, they always greet you with a big smile, positive energy, and a cheerful “Good morning!” that instantly brightens your day.

The service is fast, orders are always accurate, and the whole team works together like a well-tuned machine. Trudy’s leadership really shows the crew keeps things moving smoothly while making every customer feel valued.

It’s rare to find a team that can keep up such an incredible pace while still spreading so much kindness and positivity. Huge thank you to Trudy and the morning drive-thru crew for making mornings better, one coffee at a time!

Trudy with the morning crew always greets me with a smile, keeps my hectic mornings upbeat and it doesn't matter if I have a 2$ or 50$ order, Trudy is always greeting me happy, plus food comes fast, morning crew definitely rocks!

Trudy and Mina the morning crew are amazing! So happy and energetic. Love grabbing my cofee in the morning. Always friendly and positive handing over cofee and any food. They are fast and polite and always greet u with a smile. Excellent customer service always ready and patient along with kindness. All staff are very friendly and courteous.

I like Trudy, she worked with my mom for years. Always greets me with a smile on her face.
everyone else seems rushed. I can’t count how many times I haven’t even been able to pay for my order before it is shoved in my face, never mind being able to put my card/change away. Since when did times become more important than good customer service?

Second time in a row that I ordered the same thing and didn't get what I ordered. A bagel belt, she asked if I wanted bacon or sausage. I asked for sausage and she immediately said they didn't have any. Okay bacon then. Please toaste the bagel and put butter on it. One ketsup for the hash brown please. No problem. Medium dark roast with one cream. I paid 10 dollars at the window. She asked for another nickel. No problem. Got my order drove out of the drive thru and checked what I got. No butter, no ketsuo, no napkin and coffee with sugar. Took it back asked for my money back. She gave me $9 and a nickel. I guess they ripped me for a dollar up front. I should have known there would be a problem when I couldn't understand what she was say at the order spot. Never again will I go there. It used to be really good.
