Third time my order was messed up because the person taking our order can't understand English. I had to repeat myself about 3 separate issues on just a coffee and it's still messed up. Maybe the people working here should be able to talk and understand the language of the country they work in.

The restaurant is clean and the workers there are very nice. Amidst the busy hour in the afternoon that they got they have lovely smiles and you know they are giving their best shot to give a good service. We heard one Lady appreciates her teammates about their timer at that time, maybe she is the manager/supervisor. Kuddos to that manager/supervisor and the rest of the team. Will keep on coming and have our coffees from this location.

Not sure of her name, but afternoon manager is extremely uncharismatic and straight-up rude. Asked a employee for a discount and she got a scared face when going to get her. She came out looking like the grinch and didn’t say a single word, just stared rudely and stomped away.
