Good restaurant to stop by from a long trip. Food is fresh and the service we got from the afternoon crew was superb. We came from a long trip from the North and we decided to stop by here for a quick coffee break. The crew was busy and we got a problem for our scan and pay so the front member went at the back to ask for help to her supervisor ingrid I think was her name who patiently assisted us until she got it all sorted out. Thank you also to the team member the guy at the front who gave us quality service. Thank you for the excellent service guys!

They open at 5am I placed a order they said we don’t have and i ask for refund they refuse… other time place new order asking driver through my order rude staff says u placed pickup and we don’t give u drive through… 0 star bad service ever seen

Came here today at 3pm, coffee was made wrong, meal was wrong, didn’t give me my side sauce I had asked (AND PAID) for. Morning crew is 10/10, afternoon crew seems they need some more training as they don’t know the menu and can’t get very clear said orders correct.

5 star for morning staff and 1 star for evening staff . Morning staff are super friendly , very welcoming and accommodating and they have all my mobile orders ready on time in busy rush hour . Evening staff shouldn't be working there because this is not the first time this has happened to me . This is the third time already and why I am writing this review .Ordered my mobile order of 4 coffees half hour in advance and nothing was ready . Mind you I always place my order half hour in advance to avoid waiting. The employees working in the evening were so rude and not apologetic for not having my order ready . Basically giving my attitude. It was soo slow too maybe only 2 cars in drive -thru . Tim Hortons is a customer service job , if you don't have customer service skills, pls work from home where u don't have to deal with people . Management pls do a better job when hiring evening staff .
Early morning staff is great and quick, come here on a weekend around lunch and expect to wait 10 minutes before the staff even notices you're standing there. (Mainly the younger staff)
