I was served by the new employee ( Neet) , who made my customised coffee perfectly exactly how i like it ,usually they messed up.she was friendly and attentive.

Asked for the Toasted Marshmallow cold brew and was told that it’s not on the menu. Thought that was weird since I got it from this exact location the day prior. Lady on the speaker was adamant there was nothing like that on the menu. Pulled up to the window and wanted to double check. The young gentleman told me, yeah we have that… and then they were shocked when I said “yeah, that’s what I wanted to order…” they looked super annoyed when I asked for my drink to be remade. I later asked my kid, who works there, what’s the deal? He said they dislike making that specific drink and want to rush the drive through orders through (some kind of inner competition amongst staff re drive through times). Terrible customer service. Disappointing - not the small town experience I’m used to.

Old white lady with a raspy/hoarse voice taking orders at the drive through is very rude, my husband asked to get the garlic bread as he saw it as a new item on the menu and she said, “huh… garlic bread? What do you mean garlic bread? …oh that..We dont serve that until lunch time.” Sounded like she didn’t know this new item on the menu. But from then until the end of the order she her tone sounded irritated and very very rude. She also got our order wrong - charged us for an extra item we didnt order. Hopefully she gets the training she needs to be able to do her job properly or maybe she shouldn’t be in a customer service role with an attitude like that.

I used to come here and I stopped because there were students that were terrible at there jobs and never got the order right. But now the two new employees working here are much nicer and better at there jobs

I go to this location every work day and the only issue I've ever had is drive-thru wait times. The staff are good people and the food is average Tim Hortons stuff.
