This is the second time my order has been messed up. Last week, I ordered a double chocolate brownie, but they gave me a double chocolate donut instead. Today, I ordered an onion and cheese pinwheel, and they handed me a roasted pepper pinwheel. Why would the store assign someone with poor listening skills to the drive-thru?

Wish I could give zero stars but I guess I have to give 1. Went here for coffee and bagels, we were also the only people there (in drive thru or inside) and the guy taking our order had to get a manager because we ordered decaf and there wasn't any made at that moment (idk why it was too difficult to put a pot on). Went downhill from there. Got the decaf size wrong, ordered large and got a medium, and a white hot chocolate with espresso. They had to clarify 4 times for the hot chocolate (I've ordered this many times before and it's not at all difficult or weird) and didn't get it. They gave me a plain coffee instead. How one confuses hot chocolate with espresso for a plain coffee, I have no idea. We only came here because the one in town was visibly busy. Messed up almost half of our order. Definitely not coming back here again if I can help it.

It was late, we were desperate, tired and hungry. Unfortunately I ordered the Habanero Chicken Wrap, grilled chicken. I think they must puree the chicken, like it was for an old folks institution. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. I ate half of it before I realized how bad it was. Order a coffee and leave.

This listing should be deleted from public view. Doesn’t exist and is serious traffic hazard for people trying to find it at a busy intersection. ( supposedly it exists for the Honda employees inside their facility and not accessible to the public)

ON GOD CANT MAKE A SIMPLE COFFEE. Why work at a coffee shop, if you cant make the most simple of orders correctly. Dont even waste your time or money at this location.
