Unfortunately, I’ve witnessed store managers treating her poorly on multiple occasions. This is not acceptable. I always love a classic Dave's single, but this time passing through town I stopped at this location and was simply blown away by the customer service. The girl who took my order, Natalia was simply the sweetest! I commonly get stressed when ordering, and she helped be out without any pressure whatsoever even while I was stumbling over my words. She also suggested something new when I asked for a recommendation to try and I ended up loving the spicy chicken wrap with extra onions. I've never left a review before but I just felt so welcomed that I had to. Thank you Natalia, this is gonna uplift my view of Wendy's for a good while.

Came yesterday and ordered a single cheese combo. Nat took my order and was the nicest order taker ever! I was having such an awful day and the second Nat started taking my order it all turned around. She was so patient and polite with me and we joked around the whole time. Super amazing service!
