My first time at this location and they screwed up my order so I had to throw it out. I know mistakes happen but it wasn't packed and no one else was behind me in the drive thru. My burger is basic 1 topping so it should never be screwed up when it's not a rush. The person should pay attention more so basic mess ups don't happen. I will stick to the other burger places in alliston since they don't mess up basic orders.

Just tried their breakfast for the first time. Had the French toast and the croissant with sausage, egg and cheese. So good. I think they actually cooked the egg from scratch so I could actually eat it unlike the egg at McDonald's or Tim Hortons. The sausage has a good taste as well. Very delicious. The French toast was ok.

Visiting family near Alliston and went to Wendy's for take-out. I ordered a baked potato and chicken strips combo for myself. Is the baked potato supposed to be flat??? I mean squished into the bottom of the container. Finger prints present.!!! And where's the Ketchup that I asked for? The rest of the order was missing an order of fries.

Went to the drive through ordered 4 burgers for my family every single one came back completely wrong with things that my son are allergic too so waste of money and waited well over half an hour when it wasn’t even busy just me and 2 other cars. I don’t know who they hire these days but they need to do something about this as it is ridiculous and annoying for people that have to go through this they don’t care who they hire and the ones they hire don’t give good service and do not give any respect or show any effort they are completely useless and unorganized this is a horrible place to go go I recommend people to not go to this one or if you do just go to McDonald’s as it’s probaly a better option for you.
