This Wendy’s location is pathetic costumer service I Orders two meals and a single burger they give me two single burger with one drink you go to the window and she tried to say to her that I didn’t indeed order two meals but only ordered one and one extra burger this place should be closed down if people working there can’t put in orders right and don’t speak proper English do better please proceeds to charge me 34 dollars

Food took a while but it was pretty good. It was probably fresh. We ordered a kids meal chicken nugget but they forgot to put it in the bag. Also didn’t put any tissues, receipt, or fork (for the poutine) in the bag.

I enjoy the Wendy's Apple Pecan salad and have never had issues with this item. I guess there is a first time for everything. Today - No Apples, no Cranberries chicken completely dried out. Will give this location one more chance. Hopefully today was simply a one off.

Parking: Plenty of parking & handicapped parking, however there are 2 drive-thrus (Tim's & Wendy's), you have to cross one, before getting to the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Clean washrooms & change stations available, plenty of seating & good kid's menu to choose from.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is totally a wheelchair accessible building & inside there are wheelchair tables & washrooms available.
Workers couldn't stop fighting with each other long enough to help customers. Very unprofessional. I just went elsewhere.

I honestly think they find the most incompetent people and hire them. I cannot understand this level of absolutely carelessness and idiocy.
Waited over 40 mins for our 2 crispy chicken meals…. Nothing special. They had a couple ahead of us….. not sure what’s going on but they had served us one drink not full….

One star but still comes up as 5. Alliston location, I have really noticed the food has gone downhill at this Wendy's if you order after 4:00pm. We did a big order this week and ordered junior bacon cheeseburgers that had no bacon on them and chicken wraps that we paid extra to add bacon and, there was no bacon, the food is greasy and a sloppy mess after 4:00 pm. I did not give 5 stars I gave 1 but it won't change!
