Restaurant was quiet as the weather was not that great. We were the only table but that meant the service was fantastic, the food was super quick, hot and very delicious! The prices were great too with the special that was on which was buy 1 piece of haddock, fries and coleslaw and get a second dinner for half price! The price of 1 of the meals was $12.95 so needless to say we had a wonderful dinner for under $30 for 2 ppl and that included a generous tip! I didn't take any photos but it is definitely worth a trip to Amherstview! Thank you for the tasty meal!Parking: Plenty of parking as it is in a strip mall type location.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking right out front the doors. Tables and chairs can be easily moved despite the restaurant not be an overly large area it can accommodate a wheelchair at the table as well if needed. Washrooms are also large and wheelchair accessible with accessible buttons to open/close, lock and unlock the bathroom door.

The burgers are not beef they literally mushy inside even after air frying till burnt on the outside THEY ARE GROUND PORK the girl on the phone admitted it when I called and complained but "nobody else complains so it's not a problem" and she "doesn't know what the heck I want them to do about it". I do not eat filthy greasy nasty ground pork burgers.. absolutely disgusting... these people should be charged and the girl on the phone & chef she consulted with both just have that "too bad for you" attitude which makes it so much worse not even remotely apologetic.

The fish and chips takeout order special had perfectly crispy batter and tender cod. Each bite was a right balance of batter to fish, and the portion size was generous. The accompanying fries were golden and satisfying. The Greek salad was fresh and tasty. A must-try for seafood enthusiasts!

What a great experience we had for the first time ordering at Captain George's. Highly recommend. All of the food was fresh and plenty of it and very tasty. Friendly, and very helpful, from the phone call ordering to the pick up. We will definitely become regular customers.
