This place is too expensive to be treated the way that I was this evening. The woman working was rude, refused to listen, and treated me like I was stupid when I didn't order my toppings in the order she wanted me to. After all of this she refused my venngo 20% card. I've had issues with this woman being extremely rude before.

I've eaten here a few times and yesterday was probably the worse experience ive ever have. The staff was handling cash and playing with their hair no gloves and wasn't washing in between making the food. When I approached the worker she smiled at me and said no I'm not washing my hands. I remained polite even when I was absolutely disgusted by her actions and attitude. The quality of the food has gone down since opening here in Amherstview.

Why any business would hire someone who consistently scowls in a customer service position is beyond me. This young Indian lady is one of the rudest people I’ve come across in awhile. The food wasn’t awful, wasn’t great, but when it’s served by someone who can’t even fake a smile and seems to resent you being there? C’mon. Hard pass on this place

I was genuinely impressed by the employee who was working there. I think his name was Harsh. I am a South Asian myself and so far Ive had so many bad experiences with Indian servers for a long time. But this guy's customer service and communication was impeccable. I dont normally post long reviews but this guy deserved it. I even left him a $10 tip. (And let me tell ya, I dont usually tip that much for a burrito)
Harsh made the order he would make himself most days and well worth it! Ask for the Harsh bowl.

I was just at this quesada and the lady working was not welcoming to the slightest, me and my buddy just got off work and were looking to enjoy a meal. But after that rude welcoming my friend left the store and did not purchase a burrito, I really think that some people need to be taught customer service before being put into a store by themselves.
